I'm a technical leader with more than 6 years of experience in web application development. My major strength is building customized and easy-to-use applications tailored to the users' needs. Until recently, I have joined a popular Vietnam Newspaper to build an in-house centralized CMS to enhance its news processing for online and paper versions. In this role I was focused on large-scale components, security and the overall performance improvement as well as implementing core architecture for quick and easy feature development. The project has been used on production and has served more than 60 million pageviews per month. Dealing with hard and complicated tasks, I follow the princip
