statut, odluka o osnivanju, tehnologija...
Posao određuje POTREBA koju kupac
zadovoljava upotrebom vašeg proizvoda!

“Što predstavlja naš posao?” se može odgovoriti samo ako se poslovanje
posmatra spolja, sa stanovišta kupca i tržišta. Kupca samo interesuju
