effectively, efficiently, and economically.
• Current levels of spending are not acceptable (i.e, high paid staff,
benefits, and operation costs).
• Continue to seek potential donors other than pharmaceutical
companies.
• Continue to develop projects which will attract potential donors
• Diabetes schools, and Diabetat projects will bring more attention
to National Governments, International Organizations, as well as
Industrial Partners.
• Becoming more transparent, focused, and recognized by the true
color of IDF.
