- WE ALL SHOULD BE AWARE OF THIS ILLUSION, YET MOST ENGAGE WITH THE FARCE, ALLOWING MISINFORMATION TO NARRATE COLLECTIVE ACTIONS AND OFTEN THAT OF THE GENERAL STATE OF REALITY. - MOST PEOPLE WOULD ASSUME THIS MEANT 1.62 billion dollars worth OF IMPACT OCCURRED ON THE GROUND TO PROPAGATE THE LONGEVITY OF THE MEDICAL SYSTEM IN AFRICA.
- NOPE.
- THE AMOUNT OF MONEY THAT REACHED THE GROUND SUCCESSFULLY OR PROVIDED TANGIBLE BENEFIT REMAINS LARGELY UNREPORTED.

- This is Leymah Gbowee, national liberian, nobel peace prize winner and TED speaker on unlocking the passion, intelligence and power of girls. When she was contacted by my friend Avraham Berkowitz to gain more context on the ebola crisis at a grassroots level, this is what she had to say:
- After hearing such a powerful truth from a woman whom I possess such a profound respect for, I knew that the powers that be were not effectively helping to solve this crisis, so I decided to take matters into my own hands.

- Contacted people who ran schools on the ground in sierra leone Found out they were not dying because of ebola, but because they lacked access to food and water. They lacked access to food and water, not because the supplies hadn’t been sent, but because payment processors were taking two weeks or more in some instances to process payments. Regardless of the cause being for charity, various payment processors were also taking up to 30% in fees of the money being donated Had the school leaders helping to run villages on the ground connect me directly with NGO leaders Asked the NGO leaders for the costs to take care of different villages so they could have the supplies they needed to make it through Sent money directly to NGO workers on the ground to have the supplies released Got them the money in 5 minutes using bitcoin without heavy fee structures Was sent receipts, videos and photos for the money donated to see the impact Every dollar that I sent for these causes can be seen directly recorded on the blockchain from my wallet address.

Generally the paper trail during times of crisis is completely invisible. Don’t be fooled, many “donors” see the media leveraging fear as an advantage to launder money and conduct any number of illegal activities. To give you even more clarity, let’s look at the numbers.
