Adolf Hitler Cruelty
Hitler once said, I would have killed all the jews of the world, but I kept some to show the world why
I killed them ( Talk:Adolf Hitler ). This shows how Adolf Hitler was very cruel during the Holocaust.
Hitler wasn t the only very cruel Nazi in the Third Reich, there were also many others that committed
heinous crimes to the Jews. The first Major Nazi leader is Adolf Hitler. Adolf Hitler was born on April
20, 1889. Born in Braunau Am Inn, Austria and baptized as a Catholic. By the time Hitler was 9 years
old him and his family had moved to Linz, Austria, which was the Capital of upper Austria. While
growing up Hitler wanted to be an artist, and when his father had died he convinced his mother to let

Fast forward 14 years and now Hitler is elected as German Chancellor which commanded the Nazi
Party otherwise known as the Third Reich. Fast forward another 6 years later Hitler had started the
Holocaust. Which as you would then know he was responsible for the mass murder of over 6 million
Jews. ( Timeline of Events ) Another Horrible Nazi, even though all of them were, named Paul Blobel
born on August 13 1894, In Potsdam, Germany. Paul Grew up to be a Soldier in the German army
who had served with Hitler in World War 1. While Paul had served through World War 1 he had
earned the Iron Cross which is given out to the soldier with the most bravery. Paul joined the Nazi
army in 1931 and was apart of the SS which is the Protection Squadron. While he worked in the SS
unit during the Holocaust he ended up taking care of the Gas chambers and Gas vans.
Blobel was so nasty that he had organized what is now an infamous massacre of 33,771 Kiev Jews.
This massacre took place in the Babi Yar Ravine which is the same place he buried all of his jews.
Blobel also had said something very odd about the Babi Yar Ravine to his Jewish car driver. Blobel
said to his driver This is where my Jews are buried (Paul Blobel). Blobel was also in charge of some
of the Gas Vans and Chambers, he was also in charge if hiding all the bodies the Jews incinerated and
killed. A total of about 55,900 Jews were incinerated, gassed, or just killed by Blobel. Blobel was

Rhetorical Analysis Of ASPCAAdvertising
Throughout our lives we have most likely witnessed hundreds of commercials that try to persuade us
to donate money. A great amount of advertisements exist to persuade their audiences to donate to a
specific organization our cause. The ASPCA is an organization that works to rescue animals from
abuse, pass humane laws, and share resources with shelters nationwide. The ASPCA has many
different campaign commercials that all have a singular purpose. The ASPCA announcement featuring
Sarah Mclachlan that vividly portrays images of many different animals, is probably the most well
known of all of the ASPCA commercials.
The first scene in the advertisement is a trembling dog in a cage that appears to be heartbroken and
terrified. From the first scene ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The ASPCA announcement uses the rhetorical devices, logos and ethos to convince its audience to
donate. Logos is the appeal to logic, and ethos is the appeal to morals. The commercial states facts
about how thousands of animals are abused every day. It states that a small donation of only eighteen
dollars a month can make a big difference by providing many different forms of aid to the animals.
The ASPCA advertisement translates this to sixty cents a day to show how small the donation really is.
This is somewhat of a logical and ethical appeal. It appeals logically to the audience because for just a
small monetary donation the viewer can help save abused and neglected animal from their abusers and
provide medical care, food, shelter and love. This shows that the donation can be used in many
essential ways to care for the animal, and that their donation is responsible for giving the animals a
second chance. This too is an ethical appeal because donating will make the viewer feel like a good,
virtuous person because they contributed to an important cause. One the other hand if they don t
decide to donate they may a have a burden on their conscience because not that much money is
needed to help make a big difference. In other words the viewer may feel like an unethical and bad
person. The advertisement goes on to state that if you donate then you will receive a welcome kit that
contains a t shirt, wristband, and a photo of an animal that has been given a second chance because of
you. All of this is a further amplification of the logical reason to donate to the ASPCA. The
advertisement also uses ethos by having the Grammy winning artist Sarah Mclachlan as the speaker.
Sarah seems to speak very truly and caringly about the ASPCA as she pets a dog that s in her lap. This
makes the audience feel like Sarah truly cares about the treatment of animals. As a

The Influence Of Booker T. Washington On Education
Booker T. Washington had a vital view about education s part in the society. His life account depicts
his admiration for the utilization of instruction and learning. Washington accepted that education and
knowledge helped extraordinarily in making individuals more gainful and fruitful. He knew of the
significance of education and instruction in solving day by day life challenges, and the fact that people
profited extraordinarily from training. Today, our reality has changed a lot in comparison to the
nineteenth century. There is a large contrast as far as innovation, race relations, and the way of life and
economy in the United States. Still, similar to Booker T. Washington s beliefs, the thought of
instructive significance is still pertinent today. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The extent to how much Washington desired for the blacks to respect and seek ways of being
productive members of society by applying industrial knowledge as part of their day to day occupation
is clear from his works. This concept applies to today s society in many ways. For sure, much
importance has been put on the requirement for young people to concentrate on procuring professional
educations, even to the degree of this act being a detriment to their born abilities and gifts. It must be
comprehended that there are numerous ways of becoming a gainful individual in our society, and these
ways must be considered. As such, training should not just be considered as an instrument of
empowering one to become educated in the areas of science, arithmetic, writing and reading, but also
as an apparatus for encouraging the profitability of human

Grasset s Version Of The Femme Fatale
In Belle Époque France, prints were used to advertise products and services and therefore the image of
the woman was widely employed. She appeared as femme fatale, seductive, the New Woman, a
mother and a virgin. However, Grasset s approach depicted her as a ruined woman, a product of a
corrupted society and this could be his version of the femme fatale gone wrong. Gauguin was
preoccupied by a different theme that of Schopenhauer s au déla, which he portrayed through
imagining the French colony of Tahiti prior to its colonisation. Both artists were influenced by
Japanese prints, partly because they represented an opposition to the bourgeois civilisation of late
nineteenth century society at a time when established values seemed insufficient ... Show more

Furthermore, he experimented with prints for...subject matter...more undercurrent...under the radar
(Burlingham in McQueen, 2014) in the art world. Grasset had used the medium since the 1880s and
here, by using it for art and not for commercial purposes, he is reinventing printmaking. It is a move
away from the Academic tradition of the original artwork and creates a more egalitarian art for the
masses. In La Vitrioleuse and La Morphinomane , he presents us with two examples of the Parisian
female archetypes that are commonly illustrated as afflicting French society (Levesque, 2014) and
they represent a marked move away from his previous depictions of women. Here, he refuses to use
the...woman as a mere ornamental motif...his model is the contemporary...Parisian woman (Plantin in
Roos Rosa de Carvalho and Vellekoop, 2013: p110). However, his view is a misogynistic one as he
demonstrates the dangers of society giving women freedom. These prints are part of the Art Nouveau
movement and both depict women with wild, natural hair and arabesque

The Physiology, Metabolism, Biochemistry
Toxoplasma gondii, Joan Ng Kiat Yee: BM304 revision guide 2015
The physiology, metabolism, biochemistry
Toxoplsama gondii is an intracellular apicomplexan parasite that forms cyst coccidian in warm
blooded animals, primarily in the Felida domestic cats (Shannon et al., 2015). The organism also
causes a wide range of diseases in different intermediate hosts, ranging from animals, such as
mammals and birds to human (Astrid et al., 2000). In human, this parasite poses serious threat by
causing a disease called Toxoplasmosis (Parasites, 2015).
The parasite exits through the faeces of cats. Within the cat s intestinal epithelium, T. gondii parasite
undergoes gametogenesis and mating. This leads to the generation of oocysts containing sporozoites
that are the shed in the cat s faeces, which could readily infect new host cells (Joanne et al., 2013).

Essay 4
Essay: Why do people conform and obey?
In psychological terms, conformity refers to an individual`s urge to follow the rules or behaviours of a
social group to which he belongs. Psychologists have put forward many theories to find out why
people conform and obey and have completed studies to confirm their ideas. In this essay I will
explain why people conform and obey.
An important experiment demonstrating under which circumstances people showed conformity was
done by a psychologist named Asch (1956). Asch`s experiments were made up to look like a vision

companies are different market types and they are at different stages of growth. Through purchasing

(GCO). Genesco is a retail and whole seller of footwear and accessories. The reason I see this as a
high risk investment that is worth it is because the stock recently started rebounding from a long
downtrend. The latest reports have also shown improvements. I will invest another $16,500 into
Genesco which will give me 625 shares with no dividend. Another high risk stock I would get into is
GW Pharmaceuticals. This stock appears to jump up and down a lot which means if I could figure out
when it is at its lowest, I could buy a lot of shares and turn it back around once the stock peaks again.
By purchasing this stock, it gives me a stock that is related to medicine which allows my money not
only to be dispersed in different stocks, but different markets. GW Pharmaceuticals is currently selling
at $103.73 so with $16,500 I would buy 160 shares. The last stock that I would like to invest in is
Callaway Golf. By having this stock in my portfolio, it gives me a stock in the sporting market. I
picked this stock because it has been on a steady rise and the golf business is doing better and better. I
have an interest in this company and I own their product so I know I am investing in a good product.
The dividend is very low for Callaway at only .30% which means I will not get a big quarterly check
at all but I still like purchasing this stock. This stock cost $14.52 so with $16,500 I can

Clinician Psychodynamic Theory Paper
Introduction Theories inform many activities that social workers use within their practice. It provides
a lens that allows the clinician to understand the client s needs in a different way, depending on what
theory is being acknowledged. This paper explores three theories, and how they informed projects
performed within the Department of Family Services. Additionally, the strengths and limitations of
each theory are also documented. While no theory fits in to every situation within the social work
practice, each has a concept or quality that can improve overall practice and understanding of the
client s being served.

The theory is considered revolutionary due to it s life span model of human development that included
eight psychosocial stages. He purposed that in each stage there is a conflict or crisis that the individual
must successfully settle to continue with their development. Erikson also believed that external and
internal forces had significant contributions to how successful an individual s development would be
(Sokol, 2009). The theory is broad and assists in the understanding of development across the lifespan.
Additionally, it takes in to consideration both social and biological factors. The theory has some
criticism as well. Often labeled as vague, some feel the theory is not specific enough and is difficult to
test. Furthermore, other perspectives are that the theory needs to elaborate on how culture impacts the

Importance Of Artificial Photosynthesis

Artificial Photosynthesis
Abstract
There are vast applications to the biomimetic process of artificial photosynthesis including the
generation of clean, sustainable, and large scale energy resources; moreover, this water splitting
process allows the production of renewable chemical fuels.
Introduction.
Artificial photosynthesis is a chemical process that seeks to replicate the steps in the natural process of
photosynthesis seen in plants. This process imitates the way that plants absorb light, water, and carbon
dioxide in order to convert the materials into energy that will be consumed by the plant. The goal of
artificial photosynthesis is to mimic the green plants and other photosynthetic organisms in using
sunlight to make high energy chemicals but with far higher efficiencies and simplicity of design for
scale up and large scale production (Concepcion 2012).
Natural vs. Artificial.
In order to understand the importance of artificial photosynthesis, the process of natural
photosynthesis must be fully understood. Natural photosynthesis consists of light and dark reactions
that can be simplified into the chemical expression:
6CO¬2 + 12H2O + energy = C6H12O6 + 6O2 + 6H2O
This reaction indicates that plants use the process of photosynthesis to take carbon dioxide molecules,
water molecules, and light energy via the sun to produce materials within the plant. The materials
produced are

POP ART: Promoting Capitalism Through its Social Movement Viewpoint
Pop Art is portrayed by procedures and topics drawn from mainstream mass culture like comic books,
promotions, and ordinary social articles. This movement is broadly deciphered as a response to the
thoughts of unique expressionism. Pop Art proposed to utilize pictures of prominent rather than elitist
culture in workmanship, accentuating the commonplace components of any given culture, as a rule
using incongruity. This paper analyzes the socially and stylishly subversive character of the
development that changed American art and culture in the 1960s. Giving a generally contextualized
perusing of American pop craftsmanship, this paper finds the development inside the bigger system
more of the social rather than political changes of that decade. What was truly in question, this paper
contends that pop art seeks to instil with good intention that through such social movement elevates
the bleak reality of capitalism.
Pop art is a craftsmanship development that rose in the 1950s and prospered in the 1960s, taking
motivation from sources in prominent and business culture, for example, publicizing, Hollywood
motion pictures and popular music ( Pop Art Around the World ).
It started as a rebel against the overwhelming ways to deal with craftsmanship and culture and
conventional perspectives on what art could (and should) be. Drawing on well known symbolism and

What Are The Advantages And Disadvantages Of Diversity In...
Advantages
Diversity in an organization creates a diverse experience. Fellow employees with different cultural
backgrounds come up with a new set of experiences to share with other members in their departments.
Pooling the diverse knowledge and skills of culturally distinct workers together can benefit companies
by strengthening teams productivity and responsiveness to changing conditions which benefit the
company (Hndlaechner 2008, p. 152). If these new ideas they bring up with them are used
accordingly, it will have a positive impact on all employees within the organization and hence
bringing the best out of them.

The disadvantages can be worked on by training employees on how to relate to each other and avoid
unnecessary competition which may lead to low quality and reduction in productivity. Training might
be expensive, but it will be a long term benefit to the company. Diversity in the workforce is growing
in all countries around the world. When an organization adopts diversity policy it can perform better.
It is important for the companies to have knowledge about diversity and how to handle the negative
issues relating to it. Also, the need for the diverse workforce is getting more not only because there are
different people but also because they can produce better results with having different types of people
working together (Jager, B, and Cleland, A. 2016, 153). It is therefore recommended that diversity
policy is one of the best a company should adopt in order to achieve its

Fifa Of The World Cup
You are in the World Cup. Its the biggest sporting event in the world. You are representing your
country, and the fans are cheering you. The game starts and right away you can tell it s going to be a
rough game. The referee starts calling everything against you and nothing for you. There isn t
anything you can do. You will for sure lose the game. Soccer is a very great sport but, it has FIFA
corruption, illegal transfers, and fixed matches.
FIFA corruption happens because of the desire of money. FIFA original mission was to support the
growth and spread of soccer. They try to achieve this by hosting competitions at all levels and ages.
Fifa promotes soccer through campaigns against discrimination in the lines of race, politics, and
religion. ( What is FIFA? ) For the most part they have been very good at the spread and growth of
soccer. One way they helped spread soccer is letting different countries host the World Cup. After
letting Africa and America host it, soccer was growing very fast around the world. They have done
pretty good in the discrimination part because they usually ban a player or fan if they are found
discriminating against someone.
Although they do these really great things sometimes FIFA will go against their mission and be
corrupt. For example, In May the US indicted 14 current and former Fifa officials and associates on
charges of rampant, systemic, and deep rooted corruption. Another of fifa being corrupt is on
December, 16 officials were charged

Alexander Hamilton
Alexander Hamilton
When producing something as important as the document outlining an entire nation s culture, it is
helpful to have inventive and innovative thinkers; however, it is necessary to have leaders with
experience and knowledge. The United States needed a strong leader who stood for his beliefs and
could execute them to their full potential. When Alexander Hamilton entered Independence Hall on
May 14, 1787, that was exactly what he was willing to do for his country. He helped with the
ratification of the Constitution by writing 51 of the 85 installments of the Federalist Papers. Hamilton
continued to strive for the well being of the U.S. as Secretary of Treasury after the Philadelphia
Convention. He advocated for a strong ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Hamilton knew that the government needed the ability to borrow money. (Bowen 67) He therefore
asked the Federal Government to pay back the bonds in full that they issued during the Revolutionary
war so that wealthy merchants would have the confidence to lend money in the future. Although this
was an important step in financing the government, Hamilton argued that the government still needed
a bank to manage its debts and interest payments. He is mostly known for his decision to create this
First National Bank. The bank would manage its debts and interest payments by providing a currency
and collection of taxes. The Necessary and Proper Clause of the U.S. Constitution gave congress the
permission to pass the bill in 1791, opening up the First National Bank of the U.S. The contributions
that Hamilton made during his term as Secretary of Treasury made him a very triumphant and
remembered leader of the Federalist Party.
Alexander Hamilton, leader of the Federalist Party, played a key role in building a solid foundation for
the United States. Hamilton favored a strong national government and believed that 1800 democracy
left the U.S. at risk of losing its liberty. (Brookhiser 127) In addition, Hamilton knew that
manufacturing and trade had to be the basis of national wealth and power. (Staloff 24) These are the

Reactive Memory
Recent studies indicated that memory T lymphocytes contain distinct populations of central memory
(TCM) and effector memory (TEM) cells characterized by distinct homing capacity and effector
function. Protective memory is mediated by TEMs that migrate to inflamed peripheral tissues and
display immediate effector function, whereas reactive memory is mediated by TCMs that home to T
cell areas of secondary lymphoid organs, have little or no effector function, but readily proliferate and
differentiate to effector cells in response to antigenic stimulation (Lanzavecchia and Sallusto, 2000). T
central memory cells Human TCMs are CD45RO+ memory cells that constitutively express CCR7
and CD62L , two receptors that are also characteristic of naïve T cells, which are required for cell
extravasation through high endothelial venules (HEV) and migration to T cell areas of secondary
lymphoid organs (Campbell et al., 1998). When compared with naïve T cells, TCMs have higher
sensitivity to antigenic stimulation thus providing more effective stimulatory feedback to dendritic
cells (DCs) and B cells (Forster et al., 1999). Following TCR triggering, TCMs produce mainly IL 2,
but after proliferation they differentiate to effector cells and produce large amounts of IL 4 of IFN γ

V. Fakhr Jahan Begum and Others referred to Muhammadan law by Syed Ameer Ali and approved the
statement made therein that three conditions are necessary for a valid gift by a Muslim: a)
Manifestation of the wish to give on the part of donor ; b) The acceptance of the donee , either
impliedly or expressly; c) The taking of possession of the subject matter of the gift by the donee,
either actually or constructively.
According to section 129 of the Transfer of Property Act no rule of Mohamedan law shall be affected

In the context of sec.17 (1) (a) the pertinent question is about the applicability of the clause (a) to
written gift executed by a Muslim in the light of section 129 of the Transfer of Property Act and the
rules of Muslim law relating to gifts. The courts for a long time obscured the answer.
In Sankesula Chinna Budde Saheb v. Raja Subbamma, the Andhra Pradesh High Court, after noticing
three essentials of gift under the Muslim law, held that if a gift was reduced to writing, it requires
registration under section 17(1) (a) of the Registration Act. It went on to hold that even if by virtue of

Providing Adequate Consultant Supervised Surgical Training...
Title
Providing adequate consultant supervised surgical training episodes for Trauma and Orthopaedic
Specialist trainees (ST) in a busy DGH in the context of limitations posed by service delivery and the
restrictions of the EWTD European Working Time Directive hours.
Introduction.
Specialist Registrars in Trauma and Orthopaedics must receive a prescribed number of consultant
supervised surgical training episodes set out in their learning agreement.
Every 6 months at their ARCP (annual review of competence progression),they are required to meet
the minimum curriculum standards and numbers. They risk failure or poor performance in their ARCP
with the consequent adverse effect on the trainee, trainer, parent hospital, the programme director and
deanery. (Frostick S. 2013)
Surgical training and competency in operative procedures is not the only facet in the training of a
surgical registrar, but, for the purposes of this article, I am highlighting this particular issue, as there
are specific problems in achieving the necessary surgical training to fulfil the requirements.
The particular issues:
The EWTD has its effect on the ST rota causing reduced supervised clinical hours. (Morrow et .al
.2012). Shift work leads to fragmented clinical supervision and decreased interaction with the
consultant. There is a lack of continuity of care.
The Consultant rota is loaded for service commitment with very little time for education and training.

Analysis Of Rules Of Attraction By Bret Easton Ellis
The Lack of an Identity Drug dealer, suicidal, cynical, and promiscuous. These are some of the
adjectives that can describe the recurring character Sean in the book Rules of Attraction written by
Bret Easton Ellis. Keeping in mind Sean s characteristics, readers can firmly assure that Sean develops
an attraction to Lauren, one of the other main characters in the novel. However, over the course of the
novel, Sean tells some remarks about having sex with women. From his own narration of the story, the
reader cannot imagine that he also dates men. Paul, one of the other main narrators, brings in question
Sean s heterosexuality by stating that he is involved in a sexual relationship with Sean. Sean does not
regard those encounters whatsoever, which may lead the readers to believe his mental silence about
sex with Paul reveal a hidden area in Sean s life. Sean describes his sexual encounters with women,
but he omits his encounters with Sean. Instead of telling his version of the story, he recalls past
experiences with other women. Additionally, he seems to be obsessed about sexually pleasing women,
and despite his assertion of loving Laura, certain attitudes show the opposite. Therefore, Sean s
omission of his sex encounters with Paul, his remarks of about sex with women, and his false love for
Lauren reveal that this character is denying his real identity. Even though Sean does not corroborate
what Paul says about their sexual encounters, Paul version of the story is more

Bottle Rocket Research Paper
There are many principles that went into the succession of the bottle rocket launch. Some could
include the amount of fuel exerted on the bottle rocket, and the angle of the rocket when launched. A
large problem that occurred during launch was that only 4 tests were able to be performed. These were
all contributing factors to the success of the bottle rocket. To start off, the main factors of physics that
could explain how and why the bottle rocket did what it did could be pressure, velocity, mass flow
rate, momentum, and inertia. The rocket was under extreme amounts of pressure when launched,
because the pressure was a high number. The velocity of the rocket was 56.47. This means that the
rocket was going around 56 meters per second. The momentum of the rocket was 13.95 Newtons. The
definition of momentum is the quantity of motion of a moving body, ... Show more content on

This can be explained by Newton s 1st law of motion, which is the law of inertia. Newton s 1st law
states that any object at rest or in uniform motion in a straight line will remain at rest unless compelled
by an outside or internal force. In the case of the rocket, an external force that compelled it to move
was the pressure from the rocket launcher. When in motion, another force that compelled the rocket
was gravity. Gravity caused the rocket to slowly and gradually fall to the ground. The last force that
acted on the rocket was the action of hitting the ground. After the rocket hit the ground, it bounced
straight back up. This could be explained by Newton s 3rd law, which states that every reaction has an
equal and opposite reaction. The reaction of the rocket hitting the ground had an opposite reaction of
the rocket bouncing back up again. Newton s second law is the rate of change of momentum of a body
is directly proportional to the force applied, which explains why adding more fuel made the rocket go

hijackings significantly reduced the use of this method. The change in the use of aircraft as a
bargaining tool to an actual weapon was marked with the September 11, 2001 attacks.
However, another weapon of terrorists is the bombing that has been used at least since Fenians until
today. The bombings have taken many forms and is likely to continue evolving in terms of technology
and resources available for terrorist group. These range from traditional bombs to bombs made using
unexploded mines and other explosive devices to the recent phenomenon of improvised explosive

The bunker mentality comes to terrorism and only serves to distance the government and often the
international community desperately needed to reach. Kidnapping and abductions have been widely
used in terrorist circles both as a means to finance their efforts, as well as for political reasons. The
kidnapping was widely used during the same period when kidnappings were common, but have not
been used throughout history and continue today. It has been estimated that there were 409 terrorist
hijackings from 1968 to 1982, when terrorists scored $ 350 million for the 905 hostages. (Shugart,
undated). However with some high profile kidnappings as the case Aldo Moro in Italy, popular
opinion against terrorist groups increased and finally the use of such methods vanished. In 1970, after
a campaign of bombings and bomb cards, the Front du Liberation de Quebec kidnapped two
international staff initiating what is known as the October Crisis. The War Measures Act won in
Canada and despite killing their hostages to the culprits were given way to Cuba. However support for
the FLQ was never so strong after that. Current events indicate a change in the use of kidnappings
however. Political statements and public relations, without concern for public opinion, as well as

Dialogue And Film Distice In Trevor Nunn s Twelfth Night
People doing crazy things while they are in love is not a recently developed concept, in fact this
concept has been present in society for centuries. I bet even some of the people in this room right now
have done, or thought of doing something crazy or foolish to impress there crush. But because your
common senses kicked in, you made a choice not to do the crazy thing you thought of doing to make
sure your crush liked you and you were brought back into the real world. In today s society with all
the social media and Television programming it isn t uncommon for you to discover an instance where
a person has done something that would be considered crazy by most. In programs such as Catfish

Nunn uses similar dialogue and film discourse to construct the argument in the scene which was
analysed before. Malvolio is seen on his knee in front of Olivia in the beginning of the scene,
rereading lines from the forged letter in front of her whilst attempting to hold onto her. Meanwhile
Olivia tries to escape his madness but is unsuccessful as Malvolio still hangs onto her whilst
continuing to read to her in a happy and joyful tone. Nunn uses film discourse in this scene to position
the audience to think that Malvolio is a madman when Olivia says This is a midsummer madness. This
dialogue causes the audience to believe that Malvolio is crazy in love with Olivia and will continue to
do bizarre things for love. In the next shot, Nunn uses camera angles to show Malvolio blowing a kiss
to Olivia which reinforces Malvolio s ridiculousness in his attempts to woo Olivia. This idea is
exemplified through Nunn s use of music in the final shots of the scene where the music is silly and
further portrays Malvolio as a madman. Through Trevor Nunn s use of film discourse, he constructs
the argument that people will do bizarre things as a result of being in

The customer satisfaction is the relationship between the cus¬tomer expectations and the product s

India will, in the process, take over from Indonesia and Vietnam as Bajaj s biggest two wheeler market
over the next five years. As for the bigger goal of 30 per cent share in its global business, Bajaj s
annual two wheeler volumes here would have to be in the region of 10 million units annually.
Observers believe this could become a reality by 2020. At present, over four million units are in place
from its three units in Manesar (the largest with 1.6 million), the recently commissioned Rajasthan

Examples Of Political Cartoon
A political cartoon is an illustration that contains messages either politically or socially that relate in a
light way to current events or people. In this case it is showing the Republican Party s view, if a lame
duck president should nominate a new Supreme Court Justice. Republicans are shown as elephants a
symbol of the party. It shows the irony between not wanting him to nominate and not wanting to look
like the bad one. Using imagery, irony and some physical, descriptive elements, Dan Wasserman
explains the giant rift between President Obama and the Republican Party. When a Supreme Court
Justice dies, it is the president s duty to nominate a new judge. However generally speaking in the last
year of a presidency it is uncommon to appoint a new judge. This cartoon is emphasizing the view the
Republican Party has, that ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
This shows that although they know that any time there is an open seat at the bench the President has
the right to fill it, they don t want the current president to appoint one. They are clearly hoping that a
Republican gets elected to the White House. At the same time they don t want to hurt the party s
chances by looking like the bad people, they therefore to no avail have tried to convince President
Obama to hold off nominating a new judge. This has further divided the Republicans and the
Democrats with a wedge that seems to only get wider. Dan Wasserman uses a combination of current
events and irony to explain the issues in our country. He is explaining the differences in the political
parties. He shows that although the Republicans don t want to be labeled the bad guys, they are
showing they won t give an inch to the Democrats and vice versa. It shows the continued divide in our
country. It shows that until the parties work together we will continue having arguments and

Politics In The United States
Since the United States was founded, people of similar thinking have grouped together. This is
extremely easy to see, especially if one considers the north versus the south. Political thinking goes
beyond republican and democrat though. For example, in the past 40 years Texas has gone from a one
party Democrat to a one party Republican state, but the underlying political beliefs have not changed.
Texas remains a state that values the importance of a small government and maintaining tradition.
The United States is made up of a patchwork of different political ideologies and cultures, these
cultures are described by Champagne and Harpman to be the broadly shared values, beliefs, and
attitudes about how the government should function and politics should operate (5). Political cultures
can vary by state or even regions within a ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
In the north east, states tend to be moralistic, middle states are individualistic, and and the southern
states are considered to be primarily traditionalistic (5). A moralistic culture celebrates the individual
citizen involvement in politics and believes that the government is responsible for the care of its
citizens, a traditionalistic culture strongly stresses the importance of following historical presidents in
politics and the role of a small group of political elites, and finally an individualistic culture
recommends that the government be limited and, unlike moralistic, believes that professionals should
be in charge of politics rather than the every man (Champagne and Harpman 6). There are several
states, Texas among them, that actually have a mix of two political cultures, with Texas being a
combination of individualistic and traditionalistic.

Biblical Worldview of my Chosen Vocation
Introduction
The way we see God influences everything we do in life the way we treat each other (as individuals
being created in God s image), our stewardship of God s creation, our understanding of our vocation
as a way to glorify (Etzel and Gutierrez, p.3). If I were to choose just two examples of how man was
created in the image of God, I would have to choose integrity and moral ethics. Upon completion of
my B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis on Leadership, I will enter the business world
that requires both examples.
Integrity
Integrity is the quality of being honest and having strong moral convictions. He never sinned, nor ever
deceived anyone (New Living Translation ,1 Peter 2.22). I was made in the image of God and he
spoke the truth and kept His word. Leaders know that honesty and integrity are the foundations of
leadership. Leaders stand up for what they believe in. Leaders with integrity may not be the most
famous or flashy of leaders, and they don t care. Integrity means doing the right thing because it is the
right thing to do. Neither should we become antagonistic or agnostic to the existence of truth. Jesus
said the Word of God is truth, and that is a great starting point for us (Etzel and Gutierrez, p.23). The
book of Proverbs provides an abundance of verses on integrity. He who walks in integrity walks
securely, but he who perverts his ways will be found out (Proverbs 10.9). A person that has integrity
will have a good reputation and not have to fear that he or she will be exposed as a person that can t be

The Probation Officer And Offender Role
The Probation Officer and Offender role has been widely examined, specifically in regards to the
effective management of risk (McNeill, 2009, NOMS 2010). Within this, it is recognised that the
relationship between these individuals is paramount to the effective management of risk and offending
behaviour. There have been numerous working practices introduced throughout the years within the
Probation Service to identify effective working practices including the Effective Practice Principles
and latterly, Skills for Effective Engagement, Development and Supervision known by the acronym
SEEDS (Rex Hosking, 2013). Whilst these have greatly influenced the work being undertaken by
Probation practitioners, the management of risk of ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

This shows how Adolf Hitler was very cruel during the Holocaust. Hitler wasn t the only very cruel Nazi in the Third Reich, there were also many others that committed heinous crimes to the Jews. The first Major Nazi leader is Adolf Hitler. Adolf Hitler was born on April 20, 1889. Born in Braunau Am Inn, Austria and baptized as a Catholic. Fast forward 14 years and now Hitler is elected as German Chancellor which commanded the Nazi Party otherwise known as the Third Reich. Fast forward another 6 years later Hitler had started the Holocaust. Which as you would then know he was responsible for the mass murder of over 6 million Jews. ( Timeline of Events ) Another Horrible Nazi, even though all of them were, named Paul Blobel born on August 13 1894, In Potsdam, Germany. Paul Grew up to be a Soldier in the German army who had served with Hitler in World War 1. While Paul had served through World War 1 he had earned the Iron Cross which is given out to the soldier with the most bravery. Paul joined the Nazi army in 1931 and was apart of the SS which is the Protection Squadron. While he worked in the SS unit during the Holocaust he ended up taking care of the Gas chambers and Gas vans. Blobel said to his driver This is where my Jews are buried (Paul Blobel). Blobel was also in charge of some of the Gas Vans and Chambers, he was also in charge if hiding all the bodies the Jews incinerated and killed. • 3. Rhetorical Analysis Of ASPCAAdvertising Throughout our lives we have most likely witnessed hundreds of commercials that try to persuade us to donate money. A great amount of advertisements exist to persuade their audiences to donate to a specific organization our cause. The ASPCA is an organization that works to rescue animals from abuse, pass humane laws, and share resources with shelters nationwide. The ASPCA has many different campaign commercials that all have a singular purpose. The ASPCA announcement featuring Sarah Mclachlan that vividly portrays images of many different animals, is probably the most well known of all of the ASPCA commercials. The first scene in the advertisement is a trembling dog in a cage that appears to be heartbroken and terrified. From the first scene ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... The ASPCA announcement uses the rhetorical devices, logos and ethos to convince its audience to donate. Logos is the appeal to logic, and ethos is the appeal to morals. The commercial states facts about how thousands of animals are abused every day. It states that a small donation of only eighteen dollars a month can make a big difference by providing many different forms of aid to the animals. The ASPCA advertisement translates this to sixty cents a day to show how small the donation really is. This is somewhat of a logical and ethical appeal. It appeals logically to the audience because for just a small monetary donation the viewer can help save abused and neglected animal from their abusers and provide medical care, food, shelter and love. This shows that the donation can be used in many essential ways to care for the animal, and that their donation is responsible for giving the animals a second chance. This too is an ethical appeal because donating will make the viewer feel like a good, virtuous person because they contributed to an important cause. One the other hand if they don t decide to donate they may a have a burden on their conscience because not that much money is needed to help make a big difference. In other words the viewer may feel like an unethical and bad person. The advertisement goes on to state that if you donate then you will receive a welcome kit that contains a t shirt, wristband, and a photo of an animal that has been given a second chance because of you. All of this is a further amplification of the logical reason to donate to the ASPCA. The advertisement also uses ethos by having the Grammy winning artist Sarah Mclachlan as the speaker. Sarah seems to speak very truly and caringly about the ASPCA as she pets a dog that s in her lap. This makes the audience feel like Sarah truly cares about the treatment of animals. As a ... • 4. The Influence Of Booker T. Washington On Education Booker T. Washington had a vital view about education s part in the society. His life account depicts his admiration for the utilization of instruction and learning. Washington accepted that education and knowledge helped extraordinarily in making individuals more gainful and fruitful. He knew of the significance of education and instruction in solving day by day life challenges, and the fact that people profited extraordinarily from training. Today, our reality has changed a lot in comparison to the nineteenth century. There is a large contrast as far as innovation, race relations, and the way of life and economy in the United States. The extent to how much Washington desired for the blacks to respect and seek ways of being productive members of society by applying industrial knowledge as part of their day to day occupation is clear from his works. This concept applies to today s society in many ways. For sure, much importance has been put on the requirement for young people to concentrate on procuring professional educations, even to the degree of this act being a detriment to their born abilities and gifts. It must be comprehended that there are numerous ways of becoming a gainful individual in our society, and these ways must be considered. • 5. Grasset s Version Of The Femme Fatale In Belle Époque France, prints were used to advertise products and services and therefore the image of the woman was widely employed. She appeared as femme fatale, seductive, the New Woman, a mother and a virgin. However, Grasset s approach depicted her as a ruined woman, a product of a corrupted society and this could be his version of the femme fatale gone wrong. Gauguin was preoccupied by a different theme that of Schopenhauer s au déla, which he portrayed through imagining the French colony of Tahiti prior to its colonisation. Grasset had used the medium since the 1880s and here, by using it for art and not for commercial purposes, he is reinventing printmaking. It is a move away from the Academic tradition of the original artwork and creates a more egalitarian art for the masses. In La Vitrioleuse and La Morphinomane , he presents us with two examples of the Parisian female archetypes that are commonly illustrated as afflicting French society (Levesque, 2014) and they represent a marked move away from his previous depictions of women. Here, he refuses to use the...woman as a mere ornamental motif...his model is the contemporary...Parisian woman (Plantin in Roos Rosa de Carvalho and Vellekoop, 2013: p110). The Physiology, Metabolism, Biochemistry Toxoplasma gondii, Joan Ng Kiat Yee: BM304 revision guide 2015 The physiology, metabolism, biochemistry Toxoplsama gondii is an intracellular apicomplexan parasite that forms cyst coccidian in warm blooded animals, primarily in the Felida domestic cats (Shannon et al., 2015). The organism also causes a wide range of diseases in different intermediate hosts, ranging from animals, such as mammals and birds to human (Astrid et al., 2000). In human, this parasite poses serious threat by causing a disease called Toxoplasmosis (Parasites, 2015). The parasite exits through the faeces of cats. Within the cat s intestinal epithelium, T. gondii parasite undergoes gametogenesis and mating. This leads to the generation of oocysts containing sporozoites that are the shed in the cat s faeces, which could readily infect new host cells (Joanne et al., 2013). In psychological terms, conformity refers to an individual`s urge to follow the rules or behaviours of a social group to which he belongs. Psychologists have put forward many theories to find out why people conform and obey and have completed studies to confirm their ideas. In this essay I will explain why people conform and obey. I will invest another $16,500 into Genesco which will give me 625 shares with no dividend. Another high risk stock I would get into is GW Pharmaceuticals. This stock appears to jump up and down a lot which means if I could figure out when it is at its lowest, I could buy a lot of shares and turn it back around once the stock peaks again. By purchasing this stock, it gives me a stock that is related to medicine which allows my money not only to be dispersed in different stocks, but different markets. GW Pharmaceuticals is currently selling at $103.73 so with $16,500 I would buy 160 shares. The last stock that I would like to invest in is Callaway Golf. By having this stock in my portfolio, it gives me a stock in the sporting market. I picked this stock because it has been on a steady rise and the golf business is doing better and better. I have an interest in this company and I own their product so I know I am investing in a good product. • 11. Importance Of Artificial Photosynthesis Ashley Baum and Desta Tekle Wold BIOL 219 Extra Credit Assignment September 18, 2017 Artificial Photosynthesis Abstract There are vast applications to the biomimetic process of artificial photosynthesis including the generation of clean, sustainable, and large scale energy resources; moreover, this water splitting process allows the production of renewable chemical fuels. Introduction. Artificial photosynthesis is a chemical process that seeks to replicate the steps in the natural process of photosynthesis seen in plants. This process imitates the way that plants absorb light, water, and carbon dioxide in order to convert the materials into energy that will be consumed by the plant. The goal of artificial photosynthesis is to mimic the green plants and other photosynthetic organisms in using sunlight to make high energy chemicals but with far higher efficiencies and simplicity of design for scale up and large scale production (Concepcion 2012). Natural vs. Artificial. In order to understand the importance of artificial photosynthesis, the process of natural photosynthesis must be fully understood. Natural photosynthesis consists of light and dark reactions that can be simplified into the chemical expression: 6CO¬2 + 12H2O + energy = C6H12O6 + 6O2 + 6H2O This reaction indicates that plants use the process of photosynthesis to take carbon dioxide molecules, water molecules, and light energy via the sun to produce materials within the plant. This movement is broadly deciphered as a response to the thoughts of unique expressionism. Pop Art proposed to utilize pictures of prominent rather than elitist culture in workmanship, accentuating the commonplace components of any given culture, as a rule using incongruity. This paper analyzes the socially and stylishly subversive character of the development that changed American art and culture in the 1960s. Giving a generally contextualized perusing of American pop craftsmanship, this paper finds the development inside the bigger system more of the social rather than political changes of that decade. What was truly in question, this paper contends that pop art seeks to instil with good intention that through such social movement elevates the bleak reality of capitalism. Pop art is a craftsmanship development that rose in the 1950s and prospered in the 1960s, taking motivation from sources in prominent and business culture, for example, publicizing, Hollywood motion pictures and popular music ( Pop Art Around the World ). It started as a rebel against the overwhelming ways to deal with craftsmanship and culture and conventional perspectives on what art could (and should) be. You will for sure lose the game. Soccer is a very great sport but, it has FIFA corruption, illegal transfers, and fixed matches. FIFA corruption happens because of the desire of money. FIFA original mission was to support the growth and spread of soccer. They try to achieve this by hosting competitions at all levels and ages. Fifa promotes soccer through campaigns against discrimination in the lines of race, politics, and religion. ( What is FIFA? ) For the most part they have been very good at the spread and growth of soccer. One way they helped spread soccer is letting different countries host the World Cup. After letting Africa and America host it, soccer was growing very fast around the world. When Alexander Hamilton entered Independence Hall on May 14, 1787, that was exactly what he was willing to do for his country. Although this was an important step in financing the government, Hamilton argued that the government still needed a bank to manage its debts and interest payments. He is mostly known for his decision to create this First National Bank. The bank would manage its debts and interest payments by providing a currency and collection of taxes. The Necessary and Proper Clause of the U.S. Constitution gave congress the permission to pass the bill in 1791, opening up the First National Bank of the U.S. The contributions that Hamilton made during his term as Secretary of Treasury made him a very triumphant and remembered leader of the Federalist Party. • 18. Reactive Memory Recent studies indicated that memory T lymphocytes contain distinct populations of central memory (TCM) and effector memory (TEM) cells characterized by distinct homing capacity and effector function. Protective memory is mediated by TEMs that migrate to inflamed peripheral tissues and display immediate effector function, whereas reactive memory is mediated by TCMs that home to T cell areas of secondary lymphoid organs, have little or no effector function, but readily proliferate and differentiate to effector cells in response to antigenic stimulation (Lanzavecchia and Sallusto, 2000). T central memory cells Human TCMs are CD45RO+ memory cells that constitutively express CCR7 and CD62L , two receptors that are also characteristic of naïve T cells, which are required for cell extravasation through high endothelial venules (HEV) and migration to T cell areas of secondary lymphoid organs (Campbell et al., 1998). When compared with naïve T cells, TCMs have higher sensitivity to antigenic stimulation thus providing more effective stimulatory feedback to dendritic cells (DCs) and B cells (Forster et al., 1999). According to section 129 of the Transfer of Property Act no rule of Mohamedan law shall be affected by chapter VII of the Transfer of Property Act relating to gifts. It, therefore, follows that an oral gift made by a Muslim is a valid gift and does not require registration, which otherwise is not a valid gift under section 123 of the Transfer of Property Act. Keeping in mind Sean s characteristics, readers can firmly assure that Sean develops an attraction to Lauren, one of the other main characters in the novel. However, over the course of the novel, Sean tells some remarks about having sex with women. From his own narration of the story, the reader cannot imagine that he also dates men. Paul, one of the other main narrators, brings in question Sean s heterosexuality by stating that he is involved in a sexual relationship with Sean. Sean does not regard those encounters whatsoever, which may lead the readers to believe his mental silence about sex with Paul reveal a hidden area in Sean s life. Sean describes his sexual encounters with women, but he omits his encounters with Sean. Instead of telling his version of the story, he recalls past experiences with other women. Additionally, he seems to be obsessed about sexually pleasing women, and despite his assertion of loving Laura, certain attitudes show the opposite. • 24. Bottle Rocket Research Paper There are many principles that went into the succession of the bottle rocket launch. Some could include the amount of fuel exerted on the bottle rocket, and the angle of the rocket when launched. A large problem that occurred during launch was that only 4 tests were able to be performed. These were all contributing factors to the success of the bottle rocket. To start off, the main factors of physics that could explain how and why the bottle rocket did what it did could be pressure, velocity, mass flow rate, momentum, and inertia. The rocket was under extreme amounts of pressure when launched, because the pressure was a high number. The velocity of the rocket was 56.47. This means that the rocket was going around 56 meters per second. The momentum of the rocket was 13.95 Newtons. The definition of momentum is the quantity of motion of a moving body, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... This can be explained by Newton s 1st law of motion, which is the law of inertia. Newton s 1st law states that any object at rest or in uniform motion in a straight line will remain at rest unless compelled by an outside or internal force. In the case of the rocket, an external force that compelled it to move was the pressure from the rocket launcher. When in motion, another force that compelled the rocket was gravity. Gravity caused the rocket to slowly and gradually fall to the ground. The last force that acted on the rocket was the action of hitting the ground. After the rocket hit the ground, it bounced straight back up. This could be explained by Newton s 3rd law, which states that every reaction has an equal and opposite reaction. The reaction of the rocket hitting the ground had an opposite reaction of the rocket bouncing back up again. Newton s second law is the rate of change of momentum of a body is directly proportional to the force applied, which explains why adding more fuel made the rocket go ... My Chosen Vocation Paper Dustin Webster Dr. George Bannister Theology 104 B42 12 June 2016 Biblical Worldview of my Chosen Vocation Introduction The way we see God influences everything we do in life the way we treat each other (as individuals being created in God s image), our stewardship of God s creation, our understanding of our vocation as a way to glorify (Etzel and Gutierrez, p.3). If I were to choose just two examples of how man was created in the image of God, I would have to choose integrity and moral ethics. Upon completion of my B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis on Leadership, I will enter the business world that requires both examples. Integrity Integrity is the quality of being honest and having strong moral convictions. He never sinned, nor ever deceived anyone (New Living Translation ,1 Peter 2.22). I was made in the image of God and he spoke the truth and kept His word. Leaders know that honesty and integrity are the foundations of leadership. Leaders stand up for what they believe in. Leaders with integrity may not be the most famous or flashy of leaders, and they don t care. Integrity means doing the right thing because it is the right thing to do. Neither should we become antagonistic or agnostic to the existence of truth. Jesus said the Word of God is truth, and that is a great starting point for us (Etzel and Gutierrez, p.23). The book of Proverbs provides an abundance of verses on integrity. He who walks in integrity walks securely, but he who perverts his ways will be found out (Proverbs 10.9).
