ABSTRACT
Due to the progressive development of human societies, their ecological and
environmental influence has been steadily increasing. The spatial expansion and
higher population and housing density of cities with its multiplier effect on land use
and land cover change (LUCC) have been recognized as the most important aspects of
cities climate change which is triggered by the need for urban services provision for
the influx of human population. The shortages of housing in particular, and other
urban services provision is the fundamental cause and effects of development of
illegal and informal settlements. With analysis from empirical study in Eldoret town,
the study discusses the need for urban land regularization as a requisite to combat the
driving forces for formation of informal settlements and its impacts on cities climate.
After presenting a series of concepts and definitions related to urban land informality
and illegality, standardization and tenure security from the literature, we then discuss
the data methods for the study. A detail of the research results focusing on the nature
and the impacts of informal and illegal settlement in both the city centre and the
hinterlands using the UN Habitat Slum indicators is presented. We conclude on

There s a scene from Bojack Horseman that I just love to look back on that occurs
at the end of season 2. Bojack Horseman is a satirical comedy show on Netflix that
follows the anthropomorphic horse, Bojack Horseman. Despite the fact that he
was a successful TV show actor 20 years prior, he still believes that he is a relevant
face in Hollywood and behaves very selfishly because of it. In the scene, he

Bojack Horseman feels that he never will change but it is because he is waiting for

lack of self discipline. He doesn t apply self discipline every day and that is his
problem. Personally, I don t think I have the amount of self discipline that I need
to truly achieve what it is that I want in my life. I do things well such as homework
or menial tasks in a sufficient amount of time and tend to arrive early to social
engagements that I plan to attend. That however differs when something such as a
project enters into my peripheral vision. Projects just seem like horrifically
daunting tasks that would take a lot of time and effort that I can t expend at the
moment. It would only make sense to wait until I had enough time at one point to
work on it. This makes the project only harder because it is being pushed off. I
always try to do two things at once this may prove to be my downfall. My attempts
at efficiency and maximum productivity have become second nature to me. This
may have improved my work ethic or speed at which I conduct tasks, but it also
usually leads to me being irresponsible in what I place onto my shoulders. It is true

automating appliances in an industry via Ethernet. Previously Anish NK , Kowshick
B , S.Moorthi presented paper on Ethernet based Industry Automation using FPGA in
year 2013 whereas GopinathS, BhanuprasadP, Harish, SindhuraG, Gautam R.P,
Shivas.v.c,Sindhu.B,James.C presented paper on Bluetooth Communication using
touch screen interface with Raspberry Pi . Considering their results we have designed
a system which employs server/client architecture; switching commands for the
appliances which are connected to the client can be received and displayed at either
end. The data containing information about the control commands are transferred
between the end points of communication using Transmission Control Protocol
(TCP). The remote host processes the commands received and translates them into
actions of switching particular appliances ON or OFF. This type of control system
gives the liberty for control of appliances from remote locations connected through
Ethernet. A novel embedded system has been designed, implemented on Raspberry
Pi and a small scale prototype is developed and tested.

by Oscar Wilde. The importance of being Earnest one of the most remarkable
works of satire and criticism not only in the Victorian age, but also nowadays,
since it discloses many aristocratic behaviors that seems to be very weird and funny
at the same time. the several interpretations of this play may be considered as an
enough reason for explaining the wit and cleverness of Oscar Wilde. The overall
play fit well within the space of the theatrebecause the layout corresponds with the
flow of the play. The play itself didn t need a large or over the top spacing because
of its few actors. Throughout the play there were at least two to three actors sharing

This move to censor pornography has just intentions, but this author believes that
