SWOT Analysis of PepsiCo
Introduction
According to the oxford dictionary a SWOT analysis is a study undertaken by an organization to
identify its internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as its external opportunities and threats. PepsiCo
is a leading multinational food and beverage company that owns several hundreds of brands such as
Pepsi, Tropicana and Quakeroats. This is a report based on the SWOT analysis of PepsiCo.
Strengths
PepsiCo is a large global company that has many strengths and advantages. One of Its main strengths
is that its product range is diverse; this means that it doesn t rely on a few key products or seasonal
sales and isn t significantly affected by changes in customer tastes. PepsiCo also has an extensive
distribution channel ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
In addition, if PepsiCo were to lose Wal Mart it would mean losing 13 percent of its revenue and
competitive advantage. Another weakness is that PepsiCo products are perceived as low quality; this is
because they price their goods at a much lower rate than their competitors. There are other reasons
other than lower pricing that may lead to the belief that their products are low quality; some of those
reasons have to do with their questionable practices. PepsiCo has been criticized for using water that
has a higher than allowed amount of pesticides in it and has been accused of selling tap water.
(www.cbsnews.com) PepsiCo tends to have a competitive disadvantage because of other competitors
in their market being more successful. An example of this is The Coca Cola Company, which has the
largest market share of beverages in the world. PepsiCo s net profit margin is 9.7% compared to Coca
Cola s 18.55% and Nestlé s 11%. (www.sec.gov)
Opportunities
Selling beverage and food in a globalized and growing market can mean a lot of opportunities for
firms. PepsiCo has invested a lot in BRIC countries in hopes of expanding its market share, as these
countries are currently the fastest growing food and beverages markets in the world. If PepsiCo is
successful this will mean a significant increase in its revenues and global market share. Another
positive to this is that this may mean it will be able to rely less on the US market. Due to changes in
lifestyle and an increase in

Essay on Descartes Failure
Descartes Failure
In his Meditations on First Philosophy, Descartes strives first and foremost to provide an infallibly
justified foundation for the empirical sciences, and second to prove the existence of God. I will focus
on the first and second meditations in my attempt to show that, in his skepticism of the sources of
knowledge, he fails to follow the rules he has set out in the Discourse on Method. First I claim that
Descartes fails to draw the distinction between pure sensation and inference, which make up what he
calls sensation, and then consider the consequences of this failure to follow his method. Second, I will
show that in his treatment of thinking Descartes fails to distinguish between active and passive
thinking. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
His goal is the betterment of the human condition. A useful metaphor for explaining the Cartesian
system is the tree of knowledge .[3] According to Descartes the roots of knowledge are metaphysics,
to which he applies himself in the Meditations. From the metaphysics grow the physics; for they are
justified by the metaphysics; the physics are the trunk of the tree. From the physics branch off
mechanics, medicine and morals, the fruits of which take the form of utility, that is, applied science,
medicine, and applied ethics (on an interpersonal, or international level). The development of these
fruits leads to the improvement of the human condition: freedom from pain, sickness and suffering
through medicine, reduction of stresses on the body and freedom from physical labour through applied
science (which makes our work easier), and freedom from anxiety and mental strain through the
development of applied ethics (which helps us to avoid and resolve conflicts on many levels).
Descartes uses a reductionistic method. In my criticism I will take up this method as well. Descartes
can be criticized on the grounds that this may not be the best method, and is not the only one that has
been proposed as appropriate to the task of justifying beliefs.[4] Descartes uses a first person method
often called epistemic individualism, in which he takes up the position of an

The Secret Of Conspiracy Theory
However, Fenster fails to show the nature of politics in relation to culture that leads conspiracy
theories to arise in every historical event. This is due to his frustrating use of too much historical detail
on conspiracy theories in relation to culture (mass media and fictional writing). In contrast to Fenster
examination of conspiracy theory, Knight would critics his book, because of his excess use of data on
conspiracy. As Knight argues attempt to understand conspiracy from gold standard of rationality views
paranoid style of thinking. Melly s The Covert Sphere varies from the authors discussed above in the
method of study, as it studies the system that forced the creation of conspiracy. Melly attempts to use
this method on his first monograph but failed to show system from broader perception. Marcus
explains this in his book as a critical method in field of conspiracy theory. Melly sweeps through Cold
War era up to War on Terror post 9/11 in order to reinterpret it in relation to the paradoxical
epistemology. Melly asserts that the rise of National intelligence caused major stimulus of postmodern
epistemological skepticism. Melly demonstrates this point by continuing on historians investigation
and discussion of specific events and presidential speeches to an analysis of broad trend that in his
view reflected the emergence of cultural conspiracy based on power of covert sphere. As he argues of
his book, postmodern era has become dependent on

Kants On Crimina Carnis By Immanuel Kant
Crimina Carnis Serious violations of our duty towards ourselves produce an aversion accompanied
either by horror or by disgust; suicide is of the horrible, Crimina Carnis of the disgusting (Kant, 300).
In the philosophical argument pertaining to suicide entitled Suicide and Duty by Immanuel Kant, Kant
defines and argues the immorality of suicide. Labelling suicide a kind of Crimina Carnis (300)
Crimina of/pertaining to a crime (Latin Dict.) and Carnis which is related to the flesh, Kant avows that
every living thing even an injured tree in nature seeks some sort of preservation (300); thus deeming
suicide immoral. In relation to suicide, Kant argues that instead of focusing on the aspect of a human

Essay On Global Competitiveness
Global Competitiveness: Role of Supply chain Management
Business today is in a global environment. This environment forces companies, regardless of location
or primary market base, to consider the rest of the world in their competitive strategy analysis. Firms
cannot isolate themselves from or ignore external factors such as economic trends, competitive
situations or technology innovation in other countries, if some of their competitors are competing or
are located in those countries. Companies are going truly global with Supply chain Management
(SCM). A company can develop a product in the United States, manufacture in India and sell in
Europe. Companies have changed the ways in which they manage their operations and logistics ...

The ultimate objective of SCM is to achieve a strategic fit between the company s competitive
strategy and supply chain strategy. This strategic fit can be achieved by Understanding the customer
demand, which helps the company to define costs and service requirements and understanding the
supply chain that helps the company to design and manage its supply chain in accordance with the
customer s demand. If any mismatch exists between what the supply chain is capable of doing with
respect to customer demands, the company can either alter the structure of the supply chain design or
alter its strategies.
During the industrial age, companies succeeded by how well they could capture the benefit from
economies of scale and scope technology. The success accrued to companies that could embed the
new technology into physical asset that offered efficient customer service. The emergence of the
retailing era, which stared in the last decades of twentieth century, made obsolete many of the
fundamental assumption of industrial age. The retailing age environment requires new capabilities in
organization for competitive success .the ability of a company to mobilize and exploit physical,
tangible assets enable an organization to develop customer relations and loyalty, introduce innovative
produce and services, produce customized high quality products

Social Media New Activism Research Paper
Social Media: The Platform for New Activism It was the third semester of my freshman year in high
school when I got the news. I was doing my homework in preparation for another dreadful Monday at
school. I was scrolling through my Instagram timeline instead of finishing my homework when my
mom asked me to cut on FOX 5 News. Now that the television was on, it gave me another excuse to
procrastinate even more. My eyes were glued to the television as reporters talked about events that
deserved no air time, when suddenly the segment began to air. The reporter said a black teen, named
Trayvon Martin had been shot and killed in Stanford, Florida by a neighborhood watch volunteer. She
said the story was still developing and information would be coming. It was relayed later that day that
the neighborhood watch volunteer followed and shot Martin because he looked suspicious and up to
no good, also known as black. I was so shocked. I mean, I knew that hate crimes against black people
existed, but I could not tell someone a case in which it had happened recently. Talk of Trayvon Martin
s death spread quickly. It sprouted arguments via ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

message via social media, hashtags are created such as #BLM, #blacklivesmatter, #policebrutality, and

to conversation. Today, in order for activists who use social media to spread their word, they must
have a following on social media and use tools such as hashtags that will help their message spread.
The question is, Will these new tools and tactics produce the change these activists want to see ? This
depends on the activist and their passion for their cause without assistance of social

Linguistic imperialism in Brazil Essays
Linguistic imperialism is a concept used by scholar Robert Phillipson, he mostly spoke about the
imperialism of the English language, although this concept can be applied to all the world s major
international languages with imperialistic origins, when the original population had to adopt the
invader s language because of the benefits that accrue to the speakers of the languages when the
dominant language has been imposed (Phillipson 31). Linguistic imperialism in Latin America started
with the discovery and the occupation of the New World by the European powers. Spanish and
Portuguese language were imposed on the local populations and therefore many indigenous languages
vanished. This essay will especially focus on Brazil and the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net

Therefore, the preservation and propagation of Portuguese as a national language was and still is a
matter of national security (Rajagopalan 2008: 179). From the colonial period until today the political
dimension of language and linguistic dimension of politics are both related to the notion of power.
Language is concerned with power politics or machtspolitik (Rajagopalan 2008: 180). According to
Joseph language is political from top to bottom (Joseph xi).
During the colonial period, from 1500 till 1822, the Portuguese did not promoted their own language
in Brazil, in contrast to the French and British colonisers. The French were single minded in the
prosecution of their language and they were consicious of a civilizing mission (Phillipson 111).
Whereas the Portuguese main goals were not related to missionary or civilizing mission, they were
primarily interested in wealth and resources. At first they were not planning to actually live in Brazil,
therefore language policy was not their first concern. However this changed and more white,
Portuguese men settled down in Brazil and due to the lack of European women, married the local
women. In present Brazil 38.5% of the population is mulatto (CIA World Factbook), which is a
mixture of black and white, as a result of these mixed marriages. The new mulatto generation mainly
learned to speak the language of the Tupinambá tribe, who were living along the Atlantic Coast

Online Predators and the Need for Preventative Measures...
The Internet is an immense database that provides users with a tremendous amount of information on
research, commerce, and entertainment. Unfortunately, as the internet keeps advancing, online
predators continue to become more successful in what they do. The internet is an ideal network for
pedophiles to pursue their interests and fixations with young children. It enables them to locate and
interact with adolescents more rapidly than ever before. Although the idea of pedophiles luring
children in on the internet is a horrifying image, it is happening. It is through the internet s easy
accessibility that children continue to become vulnerable to these internet predators while engaging in
social networking sites. With a simple click of ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
First, they review online profiles until they locate someone who fits their agenda. After locating an
appropriate match, a predator usually attempts to get the innocent child into a personal conversation.
Online predators often seduce their targets through the use of fondness and compassion. Once they
gain the teenagers trust, they bribe the teen into meeting with them on a more personal basis (Mitchell,
2006). Unfortunately, online predators are usually looking for sex or arousal. In worst cases, however,
meeting with these predators can all too often be fatal for young children. For this reason, a solution
needs to be taken into action to decrease the risk of exposing these young children to online predators.
However, many feel that the only way to reduce the risk of internet pedophiles is to develop an
identity verification tool for social networking web sites. Unfortunately, a new study concludes that
the threat facing children online is no worse than it is in the real world. Age verification technologies
only work if people choose to use them (Talbot, 2009). Therefore, the only true way to protect our
children is through proper education and awareness. By informing parents, educators, and teenagers of
online predators, the number of sexual crimes against young children online can be greatly reduced.
As a result, the community needs to inform the younger generation about the proper precautions that

The Effects Of Malnutrition On Educational Disparities
The Impact of Malnutrition on Educational Disparities in Africa
By: Merette Khalil and Blessing Kuebee, African Students Association At the start of the millennium,
various United Nations (UN) partners came together to tackle some of the world s deadliest and most
pressing social and economic problems, and in doing so, established the Millennium Development
Goals (MDGs). In the past 15 years, the MDGs have been evaluated and re evaluated. This year the
UN has declared a new set of 17 goals for the next 15 years called the Sustainable Development
Goals. The first issue on both agendas is the eradication of extreme poverty and hunger, a problem that
is specifically significant for the entire continent of Africa.
Clarifying a few terms based on the World Food Program s definition is essential to understanding the
scope of the problem.
Hunger is not having enough to eat to meet energy requirements. It can lead to malnutrition, which is
a condition when one s diet does not provide adequate nutrients for growth and maintenance or when a
person is not able to adequately utilize the food consumed due to illness. Undernutrition, being
nutrient deficient, being underweight and even being overweight are all complications that result from
hunger.
Undernourishment is when a person is not able to acquire enough food to meet the daily minimum
dietary energy requirements, over a period of one year.
Wasting is rapid weight loss or a failure to gain weight and is strongly related

Essay on Higher Security at College Football Games
College football is a major part of many peoples lives, especially here in the South. Whether we or
someone we know is an alumni, we plan to go there in the future we think the uniforms are cute, or
whatever reason, we always have one favorite team we cheer for. sometimes fans of a team will wear
a shirt with the team s logo and that is as far as their loyalty goes. Others may attend a few games a
season, but there are also those die hard fans that never miss a game or always tailgating, screaming at
the refs, and have the team s fight song as their ringtone. While all that may seem a little overboard,
there are people believe it or not, who take their team devotion as far as killing to show their devotion

A huge part of going to college football games is tailgating. People always enjoy the fellowship, food,
and for some, alcohol before watching the game. Colleges could raise the cost of the tailgating spots
slightly and make a huge amount of money. Raising the cost of a tailgating spot is yet another way just
a small amount from everyone adds up to make a huge difference for the school.
The football teams already have several companies sponsoring them, but finding more companies to
give money to the football programs would not be difficult at all. Sponsoring the team helps a
company s business and if spectators know their safety from tighter security was paid for by a certain
company, their business would increase even more. Once the idea is proposed to companies, gaining
more sponsors, and therefore more money for security, would be a breeze.
I personally love going to games. I always have so much fun, but I have also seen fans be entirely too
competitive. It is a scary feeling not knowing if something were to happen or even worse, if something
did happen, would there be security to help before myself or someone else gets hurt. I speak not only
for myself, but for all the other football fans like me when I say having tighter security on campus
during a game would lift a heavy burden off of our shoulders and make us feel a whole lot safer.
Paying for the extra security would be no problem, either with an

Joe Diffie Research Paper
Joe Diffie entered a crowded field of talented, good looking male country vocalists in early 1990;
despite the competition, the clever lyricist with what People called a booming tenor and wide open
vocal range achieved stardom in a very short time, racking up an unprecedented series of chart
successes. His appeal was due in great part to his ability to cross the boundary separating traditional
country vocal styles from the pop and rock influenced sound that has increasingly come to dominate
Nashville s musical output. Diffie is also versatile, a quality developed over years of diligent
apprenticeship in several areas of the music business.
Born in Duncan, Oklahoma, in 1958, Diffie had musical ambitions from a tender age. He has an early
memory of his father listening to a record by country music giant George Jones and saying that
nobody else could sing like that. And I thought, I can, Diffie recalled. When I got a little older, I was

tempo numbers worthy of lively line dances, a modern take on hillbilly boogie of the 1940s and 50s,

Research Paper On Witchcraft
Do you know what witchcraft is? Witchcraft is seeking help or guidance from any spiritual source
other than God. We see much of this in society today horoscopes, astrology, tarot cards, witchcraft,
sorcery, magic, séances, psychics, palm reading, spiritism, fortune telling, necromancy
(communicating with the dead), Chinese Zodiacs, burning candles, chants, spells, potions, charms, the
Rosary, icon bracelets, et cetera.
If it s not God s Holy Spirit, then you are dealing with the Devil. Any spirit that is not the Holy Spirit
is a familiar spirit. Anytime you hear someone talking about spiritual matters without mentioning
Jesus Christ or the Bible, run, as fast as you can. A Modernist is someone who falsely claims to be a

We can only worship God in spirit (John 4:24). Our battles in this life are ultimately against the Devil;
not flesh and blood (Ephesians 6:12). The Devil works inside the mind of the wicked, to lead them to
do horrible things (Ephesians 2:2). The Devil can t make anyone do anything, but he influences people
if they are susceptible. This is the woeful danger of making witchcraft look innocent and fun to young
people. It teaches children to invoke Satan s power. Any witches magical power all comes from Satan.
All spiritual power comes from either God or Satan. We see this truth in the Bible, when Pharaoh s
magicians imitated the Lord s miracles wrought by the hand of Moses and Aaron (Exodus 7:11). Satan

In terms of surgical procedures, much of society refrains from using chloroform as an anesthetic due
to its life threatening effects on the human body and this chemical is not commonly used by the
average individual within society, so its absence will be barely noticed from the daily lives of
Americans. Yet, despite the fact that chloroform is an environmental hazard and is barely used by the
average individual, its is acknowledged that the chemical is also used as a reagent and a solvent by
factories in order to produce other chemicals. The hydrogen attached to carbon within this organic
compound allows it to participate in hydrogen bonding and serve as a solvent for pesticides, fats,
rubber, and oils. Next, chloroform also serves as a reagent (a compound added to a system to cause a
chemical reaction, that is not necessarily consumed throughout the reaction), as it usually reacts with
aqueous sodium hydroxide in order to produce the compound CCl2, which can then be inserted into
the bonds of other compounds to create new substances. As a result, it can be noted that the economy,
specifically the rubber and pesticide industries, will be hindered for a short amount of time. It is only a
short amount of time, as there are many replacements available for chloroform that will result in the
same or similar chemicals that factories want to produce. These alternatives include the chemical
dimethoxyethane, which can replaced chloroform s role as a solvent due to its ability to mix in all
proportions with a variety of solutes, including water and ethanol, and ethyl acetate, which can replace
chloroform s role as a reagent to react with sodium hydroxide, as the reactivity of its elements are
similar to the elements found within chloroform. As such, many of the possible economical harms can
be easily repaired through the simple substitution of other chemicals that do not

How Can Social Justice Become A Fad
Movements such as Black Lives Matter and the gay rights movement have gained rapid popularity in
modern society. This spike of interest in social justice in pop culture has created a fad in which
celebrities, public figures, and regular citizens feel an underlying pressure to support social justice
movements which alter rights for large demographics of people. And while the cultural trend of social
justice becoming a fad creates the illusion of a more progressive society, the truth of the matter is that
the popularity of such movements can be detrimental to the cause because it gives the false
appearance of universal acceptance when the stigma against oppressed groups is still prevalent in
society. Indubitably, fads will fade, which is especially threatening in the case of social justice, which
has a much greater consequence once the popularity surrounding it disappears. Removing the illusion
of progress and calling out the hypocrisy behind those who feign support for their own personal gain
and popularity can counter the insidious nature of the social justice fad.
Popularity can be powerful in the sense that movements can gain a lot of traction by drawing attention

How Society Affects Obese People
How Does Society Affect Obese People? It is not necessary to be an expert to know that obese people
in our society are more likely to be excluded and prejudged on how well they can develop an activity.
The article Obesity, Bias and Stigmatization explains the different types of stigmas our society has
against obese people. Some of the discrimination methods the article mentions are verbal types such
as ridicule, teasing, insults, stereotypes, derogatory names or pejorative language. Physical
discrimination such as medical equipment that is too small for obese patients, chairs or seats in public
venues which do not accommodate obese persons, etc. The stigmatization of obese people occurs
every place, for example at work overweight people tend to be judged as lazy, less competent, and
slow in their assignments. These stereotypes are an obstacle for obese people, because they cannot be
promoted in their jobs. Also in school, students who are overweight are underrated by their
classmates, but worst by their teachers. Nobody thinks overweight people will be stigmatizing in a
hospital. Unfortunately doctors also prejudged people by their weight. (Obesity, Bias and

Essay On Area 51
Area 51 is mostly know for what had happen in 1956 that still gon on today, some people think that it
s real some don t some do. In the mid 1950 s, American aircraft like American Airlines and Delta
Airlines flew under 20,000 feet while military aircraft like F106, and the C 2, flew under 40,000 feet.
Once the U 2 was made it flew above 60,000 feet, an unexpected side effect was increasing the
number of UFO reports. Sight occurred often in the early hours , when pilots flown west they saw the
U 2 silver wings reflect the sunset, giving the aircraft a more of a blazing appearance. Many of the
people sending reports came to the air force s Project Blue Book, which investigated UFO sighting,
through air traffic controllers and letters to the government. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net

had recovered the remains of a unidentified flying object. The Army quickly reacted to the statement
that as told by Gen saying it was not a flying disc at all but a weather balloon . But the first statement

Rapid Climate Change Events During The Period Between 10ka...
The last glacial period has encountered numerous large magnitude, rapid climate change events;
characterising the period between 10ka and 50ka (Steig, 1999). During this period was the Last
Glacial Maximum (LGM), which occurred approximately 21ka, a glacial period defined by changes in
greenhouse gases, sea level and ice sheets (Otto Bliesner et al., 2006). In comparison the mid
Holocene occurred approximately 6000 years ago, during the current interglacial. The Holocene
period is regarded as relatively muted in terms of signals of climate change, with changes primarily
associated with changes in seasonal solar radiance (Otto Bliesner et al., 2006; Steig, 1999).
Models have been constructed in order to replicate the past climates, with specific reference to The
Community Climate System Model: Version 3 (CCSM3), aimed to define continental scale dynamics,
variability and climate change (Collins et al., 2006). With the use of models the environmental
variation between the LGM and mid Holocene periods can be construed. Roche et al (2007) refers to
the LGM as the classic benchmark for models, enhanced by the use of proxy data associated with
ocean surfaces, vegetation, oceanic circulation and atmospheric conditions.
Clark et al (2009) presented the extent of the LGM, with growth of ice sheets to their maximum extent
occurring between 33ka and 26.5ka; primarily in response to climate forcing from decreases in
northern summer insolation, tropical Pacific sea surface

Diffusion And Osmosis Paper
Particles are moving atoms; thus they have a habit of moving from areas of high concentration to areas
of low concentration. This principle is divided into two classifications: diffusion and osmosis.
Diffusion is the movement of substances from an area of higher concentration to an area of lower
concentration and they become evenly distributed throughout both regions (Biology Department,
2015).Furthermore Osmosis is the movement of free water from an area of higher concentration to an
area of lower concentration across a semi permeable membrane (Biology Department, 2015).Diffusion
and osmosis regulate the quantity of solutes that are in the solvent from moving in and out of the cell
in aqueous solutions. Solvents are the disperse agents while solutes are the disperse substances; these
substances are able to ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Tonicity is the capacity of a nearby solution that causes a cell to gain or lose water; it relies on the
concentration of the solute that cannot pass through the membrane (Reece et al., 2014).A hypertonic
solution is when the solution has a higher concentration then the solute which causes the water to
move away from the cell which results in a shriveled cell. A hypotonic solution is when the solute has
a higher concentration than the solution which causes the cell to expand and swell (Mao, 2008).
Nevertheless an isotonic solution is when the concentration of the solute and solution are equal. The
category of the cell relies on the effect of osmosis on the cell. The hypotonic solution will take up
water if an animal cell is placed in the solution, which will cause it to swell, gets larger and eventually
lyse. For the Animal cells, leaning to die proceeded by failing in keeping water and shrinking are the
findings in the process of a hypertonic solution. Nonetheless, when a plant cell is placed in

Lizard Adaptations

Lizards
The lizard is a fascinating creature. Lizards vary in size, shape, ability, dietary needs, habitat, and
mating. For instance, the Komodo dragon is bigger than a gecko, needs more food to eat, and eats a
different source of food. The iguana will live near the water, while a ruin lizard will live in grassy
fields, parks, or gardens. Nonetheless all these animals are still lizards. It is intriguing to learn about
the habitats, predators, and characteristics of lizards.
Lizards have different habitats some choose sunny places to put their homes, while others will live in
shady spots. Then there are the lizards that live in the dessert where it is nice and hot, but they live
under shelving or loose rocks because they need some protection ... Show more content on

Most lizards that live in the shade will have smooth and soft skin. This will help the lizard crawl
through tight spots. If the lizard is a chameleon then it will have a specialized tail and feet. Their tail is
a prehensile tail, this means that they can use their tail to curl around a branch; their feet are also
special because they can use them to grip tightly to a branch. Chameleons live in trees, but they do not
have soft skin; they have hard skin and horns for protection, along with their ability to camouflage
(Bishop, 22, 26).
The lizard is not friends with everybody. There are animals that when they see a lizard they do not see
the cute or cool animal that we see; they see a snack, or dinner depending on the animal. These
animals consist of birds, snakes, or even other lizards (Knopf, 487 580). When a lizard notices a snake
slithering through the ground, it most likely will not try to fight it. Now that is depending on the size
of the snake and the lizard. Obviously, if the lizard is a lot bigger than the snake then it will fight, or
the snake will just turn away. If the snake is bigger than the lizard, then most likely the lizard will dash
away or climb up a tree. Some lizards will actually stand still, so that way they are not noticed by the
snake. (Bishop,

The United States Trade Policy
Since the early 1930s, tariff reduction has been the prevalent theme of United States trade policy. In
the future, economic historians will put an emphasis on the way the liberalization of trade over the
past forty to sixty years has molded this particular trade policy. Since 1930, tariffs have been gradually
reduced to roughly twenty percent of the regular level they were back then. This is a direct result of a
sequence of eight multilateral negotiations and around thirty bilateral agreements. However, in order
to completely understand why tariff reduction has been a prevalent theme since the 1930s, one must
consider the changes that have directly affected the Unites States backing of trade liberalization. There
are many things that have ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Before the war had ended in 1945, the Democratic Party had already put together a proposal that
sought for the reduction of tariff power given to Congress and more importantly, a multilateral trade
organization. This proposal put together by the Roosevelt administration was a direct result of the
belief that the United States must take the lead to address the lack of an open world economy during
the 1930s. It was believed by the party that this lack of an open world economy contributed to the
cause of the war. In the process to ratify a liberal international economic order, Democratic leaders
were able to gain the backing of other Democratic members through the support of a trade policy

Analysis Of Macy s, Kohl s And Burlington
Introduction The companies that were chosen for a company analysis include Macy s, Kohl s, and
Burlington. Since the retail industry has been lagging behind lately, these companies will help
determine the prospective financial investment in the retail industry. As Macy s as our primary
company, we chose Kohl s and Burlington to be the two comparative companies. These companies are
comparable due to the same SIC code of 5311 in the subgroup of department stores. These companies
offer similar products and services with little differentiation between the three.
Brief Description of the Individual Companies
The Macy s Corporation was founded in October 1858, and they are headquartered in Cincinnati,
Ohio. The corporation focuses on internet sales in the United States, and they employ 166,900 full

loss of life, and four seemingly civilized children. The family seeks to live in a society where the
consumerism culture is highly influenced by media and companies. The characters consumerism

Jack is shown as one who is highly established in his field of work. Unfair influences of the
consumerism culture are to blame for the Jack s outfits and his professional title. In addition, the fact
that only highly valued tourist destinations do record significant tourist visits could have persuaded
Murray to look closer into the value of the site, perhaps due to media influences on his ideology.
Murray s skewed analysis of the important tourist attraction as a seemingly worthless facility deserves
more thought in order to uncover the actual reasons behind the highly toured places. In general,
worthless tourist destinations play host to just a handful of visitors who upon noticing the
worthlessness would not want to return to the site. By contrast, the landmark might have attracted
significant public investment for a reason. Murray s perception that no credible difference exists
between superficial and deeper meaning of the barn is highly dependent on skewed external forces
within the media. Similarly, DeLillo mocks neo modern human s inability to distinguish realism from
the new Simulated Evacuation they are still battling over funds for (DeLillo 139). The Simulated
Evacuation is arguably the most fascinating case showing the conflict between two opposing sides, but
which could not be understood subjectively. The Simulated Evaluation is real occurrences, like the

Disease Surveillance
Disease surveillance is important because infectious diseases are a threat to all persons, regardless of
gender, age, race, socioeconomic status, lifestyle or geography. Also infectious diseases cause
unnecessary illness, suffering and death, and place a huge burden on society due to costs associated
with direct medical care and lost productivity.
Surveillance is the ongoing systematic collection, analysis, interpretation, and dissemination of data
regarding a health related event for use in public health action to reduce morbidity and mortality and
to improve health.
Public health surveillance activities are authorized by the federal government and carried out by
public health officials at the state or local levels.

The Survivalist Analysis
The Survivalist (2015).
The movie is post apocalyptic cast, during a time when oil production had stopped and that led to total
economic collapse of governments, a fall in the society and an abrupt population drop. Even as the
film starts, we see the Survivalist burying a man s body and then follows a cast of his life in the wild
living in a small cabin he has already built. He performs his daily activities such as harvesting crop for
food since animal meat has become very scarce, he washes his closes in the nearby stream, Lays down
traps around the perimeter of his farm to keep intruders away and grows seeds with semen.
Then one early morning he heard some noise outside his cabin, he rushes out only to find two women,
an elderly lady called Katherine and a younger lady by the name Milja. Katherine claims the Milja is
her daughter. The ladies ask him if he could spare some of his crop but he declines by even holding
them at gunpoint. They requested for a place to spend the night but the survivalist could only agree to
it when Milja offered to have intercourse with him in exchange for food and shelter for that night only.
The following morning he tells the women to pack and leave but Milja caresses and shaves his face,
and the survivalist softens his heart by letting them stay indefinitely as long as they help him with the
farming. Katherine later conspire to kill the survivalist in order to reduce the supplies used but the
plan does not go as planned since the survivalist

The Changes In The Medieval Church
Before the church deliberates missiology we need to go back to the creation of all things because the
glory of God is evident there. We must immediately fall back on the Holy Scriptures because they
witness to God s covenant and promises to humanity. It is a covenant that ranges from the formation
of a people, Israel, temporary through the New Testament, with the coming of Jesus, to one day the
complete manifestation of God s Holy Spirit reaching to all nations and cultures. Thus we will go back
in history reviewing the Medieval Church s mission in contrast with the Anabaptist and its missiology.

The Catholics used crusades and holy wars to intimidate others to see its view as the only way to
salvation. The Anabaptist took a different approach and seen the world as an uncultivated field and
with the aid of the Holy Spirit others could be won through love and

Why Juicing Should Be Allowed In College
Well you guys.. I completed day one of juicing. But, I didn t technically juice the entire day. Why?
Because I was so scared. Honestly!
So at night time, around 7:30 I do a HIIT kickboxing class for one hour. It is by far the most intense,
yet amazing, workout I have ever experienced. I do it four times a week and honestly wish I could do
it more than that but I can t on Thursdays because I work late and there are no classes on the weekend.
Anyways, a few times while doing my HIIT classes, I have gotten light headed... and that is with
eating well balanced meals throughout the day. So yesterday when it came time to juicing, I
remembered that I had HIIT later that day and got nervous that I would pass out. Therefore, I didn t
technically juice for all my meals.
Instead, I juiced for breakfast and lunch followed by an ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
I do plan on juicing for my first two meals and having a solid dinner on days where I am doing HIIT.
However, on days where I am not doing the class, I will have a breakfast and juice for my last two
meals.
It may not make total sense, but I find that this is what is working for me!
Also, if you don t know, I have really bad issues for my digestive system and my stomach is very
intolerable to a lot of foods which makes bloating like second nature to my body. One of my friends
talked to me about a tea called Tiny Tea Teatox and I further researched it and decided to buy a
months worth of it! From what I understand it aids in detoxing your body as well as regulating your
digestive system. It should arrive next Tuesday so I will also keep you guys posted on how it s
working out for me! Hopefully this will be the miracle item I have been looking for!
Hope you all are having an amazing 13th! It s my lucky number ;)
Leave a comment down below of what you think about juicing! Also, do you tend to eat more or less
during high intensity workout days?
Bye!!

The Impact Of Organizational Behavior On Sports Industry
An evaluation of how the study of Organizational Behavior in sports industry is relevant to me.
In football industry the importance of teamwork pays a huge role in future success. Without balanced
group it will be difficult to achieve goals but what is teamwork? There are several ways to define
teamwork but for some color why not think of it as the French do. The French language has an
excellent expression to describe it: esprit de corps. This means a sense of unity, of enthusiasm for
common interests and responsibilities, as developed among a group of persons closely associated in a
task, cause, enterprise, etc. Teamwork can be likened to two compounds, almost essential to modern
life. It s the glue which keeps a team together, a bond which promotes strength, unity, reliability and
support. Teamwork is also the oil that makes the team work. It can enable smoother movement
towards targets, can prolong forward momentum, and can help teams to overcome obstacles.
Teamwork has the potential to underpin so much of what is valuable in work. In fact, the benefits to be
gained from teamwork synergies are essential for the effective management of resources. The value of
teamwork is regularly seen in sports. How often do we see teams made up of expensive star players
outperformed by teams with players who may be individually less talented? Assuming transfer price
tags really are an indicator of talent! The answer lies in two things. The synergistic value of teamwork

Disadvantages Of Corpus Linguistics
Corpus linguistics
Corpus Linguistics (CL) is a method of operating linguistic analysis (McEnery Wilson, 2001, p1) that
facilitates empirical descriptions of language use (Biber, 2011, p15). This method is based on analysis
of Corpus ,which is a sample of different kinds of texts, such as newspaper texts, or specifically
editorials, video scripts, everyday conversation and many other types of written language (Baker,
2012, p248). Corpus Linguistics tries to establish a balanced corpus _Latin form of body_ of language
in order to represent variety of language, so that no single type of writing over represented. Corpus
Linguistics has become popular since 1990. Hence, it is often describe as being a relatively new
approach that investigates language in use with the aim of computers. Compared with the eras of the
60s and 70s, researchers nowadays have access to large and different types of corpora, along with the

continuously make decisions, choosing one particular way out of a potentially large, perhaps infinite,

mainstream, popular or entrenched ways of thinking through repetition (ibid(. In point of fact,
repeated patterns expose that evaluative meanings are not simply personal, but extensively shared in a
discourse community. A word, expression or construction possibly will show a cultural stereotype. A

  • 2. SWOT Analysis of PepsiCo Introduction According to the oxford dictionary a SWOT analysis is a study undertaken by an organization to identify its internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as its external opportunities and threats. PepsiCo is a leading multinational food and beverage company that owns several hundreds of brands such as Pepsi, Tropicana and Quakeroats. This is a report based on the SWOT analysis of PepsiCo. Strengths PepsiCo is a large global company that has many strengths and advantages. One of Its main strengths is that its product range is diverse; this means that it doesn t rely on a few key products or seasonal sales and isn t significantly affected by changes in customer tastes. PepsiCo also has an extensive distribution channel ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... In addition, if PepsiCo were to lose Wal Mart it would mean losing 13 percent of its revenue and competitive advantage. Another weakness is that PepsiCo products are perceived as low quality; this is because they price their goods at a much lower rate than their competitors. There are other reasons other than lower pricing that may lead to the belief that their products are low quality; some of those reasons have to do with their questionable practices. PepsiCo has been criticized for using water that has a higher than allowed amount of pesticides in it and has been accused of selling tap water. (www.cbsnews.com) PepsiCo tends to have a competitive disadvantage because of other competitors in their market being more successful. An example of this is The Coca Cola Company, which has the largest market share of beverages in the world. PepsiCo s net profit margin is 9.7% compared to Coca Cola s 18.55% and Nestlé s 11%. (www.sec.gov) Opportunities Selling beverage and food in a globalized and growing market can mean a lot of opportunities for firms. PepsiCo has invested a lot in BRIC countries in hopes of expanding its market share, as these countries are currently the fastest growing food and beverages markets in the world. If PepsiCo is successful this will mean a significant increase in its revenues and global market share. Another positive to this is that this may mean it will be able to rely less on the US market. Due to changes in lifestyle and an increase in ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 3. Essay on Descartes Failure Descartes Failure In his Meditations on First Philosophy, Descartes strives first and foremost to provide an infallibly justified foundation for the empirical sciences, and second to prove the existence of God. I will focus on the first and second meditations in my attempt to show that, in his skepticism of the sources of knowledge, he fails to follow the rules he has set out in the Discourse on Method. First I claim that Descartes fails to draw the distinction between pure sensation and inference, which make up what he calls sensation, and then consider the consequences of this failure to follow his method. Second, I will show that in his treatment of thinking Descartes fails to distinguish between active and passive thinking. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... His goal is the betterment of the human condition. A useful metaphor for explaining the Cartesian system is the tree of knowledge .[3] According to Descartes the roots of knowledge are metaphysics, to which he applies himself in the Meditations. From the metaphysics grow the physics; for they are justified by the metaphysics; the physics are the trunk of the tree. From the physics branch off mechanics, medicine and morals, the fruits of which take the form of utility, that is, applied science, medicine, and applied ethics (on an interpersonal, or international level). The development of these fruits leads to the improvement of the human condition: freedom from pain, sickness and suffering through medicine, reduction of stresses on the body and freedom from physical labour through applied science (which makes our work easier), and freedom from anxiety and mental strain through the development of applied ethics (which helps us to avoid and resolve conflicts on many levels). Descartes uses a reductionistic method. In my criticism I will take up this method as well. Descartes can be criticized on the grounds that this may not be the best method, and is not the only one that has been proposed as appropriate to the task of justifying beliefs.[4] Descartes uses a first person method often called epistemic individualism, in which he takes up the position of an ... • 4. The Secret Of Conspiracy Theory However, Fenster fails to show the nature of politics in relation to culture that leads conspiracy theories to arise in every historical event. This is due to his frustrating use of too much historical detail on conspiracy theories in relation to culture (mass media and fictional writing). In contrast to Fenster examination of conspiracy theory, Knight would critics his book, because of his excess use of data on conspiracy. As Knight argues attempt to understand conspiracy from gold standard of rationality views paranoid style of thinking. Melly s The Covert Sphere varies from the authors discussed above in the method of study, as it studies the system that forced the creation of conspiracy. Melly attempts to use this method on his first monograph but failed to show system from broader perception. Marcus explains this in his book as a critical method in field of conspiracy theory. Melly sweeps through Cold War era up to War on Terror post 9/11 in order to reinterpret it in relation to the paradoxical epistemology. Melly asserts that the rise of National intelligence caused major stimulus of postmodern epistemological skepticism. Melly demonstrates this point by continuing on historians investigation and discussion of specific events and presidential speeches to an analysis of broad trend that in his view reflected the emergence of cultural conspiracy based on power of covert sphere. As he argues of his book, postmodern era has become dependent on ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Kants On Crimina Carnis By Immanuel Kant Crimina Carnis Serious violations of our duty towards ourselves produce an aversion accompanied either by horror or by disgust; suicide is of the horrible, Crimina Carnis of the disgusting (Kant, 300). In the philosophical argument pertaining to suicide entitled Suicide and Duty by Immanuel Kant, Kant defines and argues the immorality of suicide. This environment forces companies, regardless of location or primary market base, to consider the rest of the world in their competitive strategy analysis. Firms cannot isolate themselves from or ignore external factors such as economic trends, competitive situations or technology innovation in other countries, if some of their competitors are competing or are located in those countries. • 8. Social Media New Activism Research Paper Social Media: The Platform for New Activism It was the third semester of my freshman year in high school when I got the news. I was doing my homework in preparation for another dreadful Monday at school. I was scrolling through my Instagram timeline instead of finishing my homework when my mom asked me to cut on FOX 5 News. Now that the television was on, it gave me another excuse to procrastinate even more. My eyes were glued to the television as reporters talked about events that deserved no air time, when suddenly the segment began to air. The reporter said a black teen, named Trayvon Martin had been shot and killed in Stanford, Florida by a neighborhood watch volunteer. She said the story was still developing and information would be coming. It was relayed later that day that the neighborhood watch volunteer followed and shot Martin because he looked suspicious and up to no good, also known as black. I was so shocked. I mean, I knew that hate crimes against black people existed, but I could not tell someone a case in which it had happened recently. Talk of Trayvon Martin s death spread quickly. Today, in order for activists who use social media to spread their word, they must have a following on social media and use tools such as hashtags that will help their message spread. Linguistic imperialism in Brazil Essays Linguistic imperialism is a concept used by scholar Robert Phillipson, he mostly spoke about the imperialism of the English language, although this concept can be applied to all the world s major international languages with imperialistic origins, when the original population had to adopt the invader s language because of the benefits that accrue to the speakers of the languages when the dominant language has been imposed (Phillipson 31). Linguistic imperialism in Latin America started with the discovery and the occupation of the New World by the European powers. Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Therefore, the preservation and propagation of Portuguese as a national language was and still is a matter of national security (Rajagopalan 2008: 179). From the colonial period until today the political dimension of language and linguistic dimension of politics are both related to the notion of power. Language is concerned with power politics or machtspolitik (Rajagopalan 2008: 180). According to Joseph language is political from top to bottom (Joseph xi). During the colonial period, from 1500 till 1822, the Portuguese did not promoted their own language in Brazil, in contrast to the French and British colonisers. The French were single minded in the prosecution of their language and they were consicious of a civilizing mission (Phillipson 111). Whereas the Portuguese main goals were not related to missionary or civilizing mission, they were primarily interested in wealth and resources. At first they were not planning to actually live in Brazil, therefore language policy was not their first concern. However this changed and more white, Portuguese men settled down in Brazil and due to the lack of European women, married the local women. The Internet is an immense database that provides users with a tremendous amount of information on research, commerce, and entertainment. Unfortunately, as the internet keeps advancing, online predators continue to become more successful in what they do. The internet is an ideal network for pedophiles to pursue their interests and fixations with young children. It enables them to locate and interact with adolescents more rapidly than ever before. After locating an appropriate match, a predator usually attempts to get the innocent child into a personal conversation. Online predators often seduce their targets through the use of fondness and compassion. Once they gain the teenagers trust, they bribe the teen into meeting with them on a more personal basis (Mitchell, 2006). Unfortunately, online predators are usually looking for sex or arousal. In worst cases, however, meeting with these predators can all too often be fatal for young children. For this reason, a solution needs to be taken into action to decrease the risk of exposing these young children to online predators. However, many feel that the only way to reduce the risk of internet pedophiles is to develop an identity verification tool for social networking web sites. Unfortunately, a new study concludes that the threat facing children online is no worse than it is in the real world. Age verification technologies only work if people choose to use them (Talbot, 2009). Therefore, the only true way to protect our children is through proper education and awareness. By informing parents, educators, and teenagers of online predators, the number of sexual crimes against young children online can be greatly reduced. As a result, the community needs to inform the younger generation about the proper precautions that ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

In the past 15 years, the MDGs have been evaluated and re evaluated. This year the UN has declared a new set of 17 goals for the next 15 years called the Sustainable Development Goals. The first issue on both agendas is the eradication of extreme poverty and hunger, a problem that is specifically significant for the entire continent of Africa. Clarifying a few terms based on the World Food Program s definition is essential to understanding the scope of the problem. Hunger is not having enough to eat to meet energy requirements. It can lead to malnutrition, which is a condition when one s diet does not provide adequate nutrients for growth and maintenance or when a person is not able to adequately utilize the food consumed due to illness. Undernutrition, being nutrient deficient, being underweight and even being overweight are all complications that result from hunger. Undernourishment is when a person is not able to acquire enough food to meet the daily minimum dietary energy requirements, over a period of one year. Wasting is rapid weight loss or a failure to gain weight and is strongly related ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Whether we or someone we know is an alumni, we plan to go there in the future we think the uniforms are cute, or whatever reason, we always have one favorite team we cheer for. sometimes fans of a team will wear a shirt with the team s logo and that is as far as their loyalty goes. Others may attend a few games a season, but there are also those die hard fans that never miss a game or always tailgating, screaming at the refs, and have the team s fight song as their ringtone. Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... A huge part of going to college football games is tailgating. People always enjoy the fellowship, food, and for some, alcohol before watching the game. Colleges could raise the cost of the tailgating spots slightly and make a huge amount of money. Raising the cost of a tailgating spot is yet another way just a small amount from everyone adds up to make a huge difference for the school. The football teams already have several companies sponsoring them, but finding more companies to give money to the football programs would not be difficult at all. Sponsoring the team helps a company s business and if spectators know their safety from tighter security was paid for by a certain company, their business would increase even more. Once the idea is proposed to companies, gaining more sponsors, and therefore more money for security, would be a breeze. I personally love going to games. I always have so much fun, but I have also seen fans be entirely too competitive. It is a scary feeling not knowing if something were to happen or even worse, if something did happen, would there be security to help before myself or someone else gets hurt. • 13. Joe Diffie Research Paper Joe Diffie entered a crowded field of talented, good looking male country vocalists in early 1990; despite the competition, the clever lyricist with what People called a booming tenor and wide open vocal range achieved stardom in a very short time, racking up an unprecedented series of chart successes. His appeal was due in great part to his ability to cross the boundary separating traditional country vocal styles from the pop and rock influenced sound that has increasingly come to dominate Nashville s musical output. Diffie is also versatile, a quality developed over years of diligent apprenticeship in several areas of the music business. Born in Duncan, Oklahoma, in 1958, Diffie had musical ambitions from a tender age. He has an early memory of his father listening to a record by country music giant George Jones and saying that nobody else could sing like that. And I thought, I can, Diffie recalled. In terms of surgical procedures, much of society refrains from using chloroform as an anesthetic due to its life threatening effects on the human body and this chemical is not commonly used by the average individual within society, so its absence will be barely noticed from the daily lives of Americans. Yet, despite the fact that chloroform is an environmental hazard and is barely used by the average individual, its is acknowledged that the chemical is also used as a reagent and a solvent by factories in order to produce other chemicals. The hydrogen attached to carbon within this organic compound allows it to participate in hydrogen bonding and serve as a solvent for pesticides, fats, rubber, and oils. Next, chloroform also serves as a reagent (a compound added to a system to cause a chemical reaction, that is not necessarily consumed throughout the reaction), as it usually reacts with aqueous sodium hydroxide in order to produce the compound CCl2, which can then be inserted into the bonds of other compounds to create new substances. As a result, it can be noted that the economy, specifically the rubber and pesticide industries, will be hindered for a short amount of time. It is only a short amount of time, as there are many replacements available for chloroform that will result in the same or similar chemicals that factories want to produce. These alternatives include the chemical dimethoxyethane, which can replaced chloroform s role as a solvent due to its ability to mix in all proportions with a variety of solutes, including water and ethanol, and ethyl acetate, which can replace chloroform s role as a reagent to react with sodium hydroxide, as the reactivity of its elements are similar to the elements found within chloroform. This spike of interest in social justice in pop culture has created a fad in which celebrities, public figures, and regular citizens feel an underlying pressure to support social justice movements which alter rights for large demographics of people. And while the cultural trend of social justice becoming a fad creates the illusion of a more progressive society, the truth of the matter is that the popularity of such movements can be detrimental to the cause because it gives the false appearance of universal acceptance when the stigma against oppressed groups is still prevalent in society. Indubitably, fads will fade, which is especially threatening in the case of social justice, which has a much greater consequence once the popularity surrounding it disappears. Removing the illusion of progress and calling out the hypocrisy behind those who feign support for their own personal gain and popularity can counter the insidious nature of the social justice fad. • 21. Rapid Climate Change Events During The Period Between 10ka... The last glacial period has encountered numerous large magnitude, rapid climate change events; characterising the period between 10ka and 50ka (Steig, 1999). During this period was the Last Glacial Maximum (LGM), which occurred approximately 21ka, a glacial period defined by changes in greenhouse gases, sea level and ice sheets (Otto Bliesner et al., 2006). In comparison the mid Holocene occurred approximately 6000 years ago, during the current interglacial. The Holocene period is regarded as relatively muted in terms of signals of climate change, with changes primarily associated with changes in seasonal solar radiance (Otto Bliesner et al., 2006; Steig, 1999). Models have been constructed in order to replicate the past climates, with specific reference to The Community Climate System Model: Version 3 (CCSM3), aimed to define continental scale dynamics, variability and climate change (Collins et al., 2006). With the use of models the environmental variation between the LGM and mid Holocene periods can be construed. Roche et al (2007) refers to the LGM as the classic benchmark for models, enhanced by the use of proxy data associated with ocean surfaces, vegetation, oceanic circulation and atmospheric conditions. The iguana will live near the water, while a ruin lizard will live in grassy fields, parks, or gardens. Nonetheless all these animals are still lizards. It is intriguing to learn about the habitats, predators, and characteristics of lizards. If the lizard is a chameleon then it will have a specialized tail and feet. Their tail is a prehensile tail, this means that they can use their tail to curl around a branch; their feet are also special because they can use them to grip tightly to a branch. Chameleons live in trees, but they do not have soft skin; they have hard skin and horns for protection, along with their ability to camouflage (Bishop, 22, 26). The lizard is not friends with everybody. There are animals that when they see a lizard they do not see the cute or cool animal that we see; they see a snack, or dinner depending on the animal. These animals consist of birds, snakes, or even other lizards (Knopf, 487 580). When a lizard notices a snake slithering through the ground, it most likely will not try to fight it. Now that is depending on the size of the snake and the lizard. Obviously, if the lizard is a lot bigger than the snake then it will fight, or the snake will just turn away. Instead, I juiced for breakfast and lunch followed by an ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... I do plan on juicing for my first two meals and having a solid dinner on days where I am doing HIIT. However, on days where I am not doing the class, I will have a breakfast and juice for my last two meals. It may not make total sense, but I find that this is what is working for me! Also, if you don t know, I have really bad issues for my digestive system and my stomach is very intolerable to a lot of foods which makes bloating like second nature to my body. One of my friends talked to me about a tea called Tiny Tea Teatox and I further researched it and decided to buy a months worth of it! From what I understand it aids in detoxing your body as well as regulating your digestive system. It should arrive next Tuesday so I will also keep you guys posted on how it s working out for me! Hopefully this will be the miracle item I have been looking for! Hope you all are having an amazing 13th! It s my lucky number ;) Leave a comment down below of what you think about juicing! Also, do you tend to eat more or less during high intensity workout days? Bye!! xox Alexandra Share
