The relationship between the pressures involved in surface tension measurement is very important in
defining their properties. There are several different forms of surface tension which means that there
are many different ways of measuring surface tension in terms of data applications and analyzations.
The most commonly known way is called the du Nouy ring method developed in 1925 by Pierre

The theme that Maya Angelou incorporates into her autobiography, I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings
is one of imprisonment because of the oppression dictated on the subject through the misconceptions
of society. The title itself suggests imprisonment as the overlying theme. Assuming that the bird
mentioned in the title is Maya, one can analyze that the cage is the oppressive beliefs of society and
the reason why the bird sings is that it wants to combat racism by explaining that the cage cannot

During the Prohibition Era, Al Capone was an extremely powerful gangster that ran Chicago s
underground. At his pinnacle, he led uncountable brothels and speakeasies in which he and his
syndicate could manage their various criminal acts, of which included illicit gambling, prostitution,
and the sale of alcohol, which of course was illegal at this time and thus how he made the majority of
his money. While exact numbers are not available, it is estimated that while at the peak of his power,
Capone had brought in well over $1 billion in today s currency and employed over 600 gangsters in
order to do his business and protect him (Simkin, Al Capone ). When asked whether or not he was a

energy and drowsiness are frequently seen in epileptic patients. Baseline electrical activity has been
vastly studied in epilepsy. Seizures can be either partial or generalized. Based on the area of the brain
triggered by epileptic waves, any kind of motor or sensory abnormalities can happen in partial seizure.
If the whole brain cortex is triggered, generalized tonic clonic seizure can happen, which is the classic

oil and cocoa. However, in the process of growing these products trees are removed from the area in
order to be converted into palm and cocoa plantations. As a result, many animal habitats are ruined,
and an abundance of trees are cut releasing carbon dioxide into the air contributing to climate change.
Increased demand for products containing ingredients such as palm oil and cocoa are just two of the
reasons the rate of deforestation is escalating resulting in the exploitation of animal habitats and
worsening the effects of climate change. Many small countries main income is through exporting
agricultural products. Therefore, as demand increases countries will do whatever they need to do to
meet the demand. Often, corners are cut, and there are many negative consequences. Palm oil is an
ingredient that is found in many consumer products that are on the market. Companies should be held
responsible for where the ingredients of their products come from and should be held accountable to
source products such as palm oil in a sustainable way which does not contribute to deforestation

Barbara is Jewish and is assumed by her friends to be rich; a very old stereotype of Jews. This is
shown when Seth meets Barbara at the community center and assumes she is rich. His assumption is
shown later in the book when he say, I didn t think you were this rich! Barbara s family too is under
