6. ACTION OF BALA TAILA
 Acts as vatashamaka
 Cures all the disorders of extremities, abdomen,
emaciation, gynaecological disorders, disorders of
graha,tiredness of women having undergone abnormal
labour, vaginal pain.

7. BENEFITS OF ABHYANGA
 Tones up pelvic floor, abdominal & back muscles
and relieves muscle spasm
 Recovers from soft tissue injury by increasing blood
circulation
 Improves digestion
 Increases red blood cells- prevents anemia
 Improves lymph flow- improves immunity
 Thrombosis can be prevented by abhyanga as
rubbing and friction improves venous blood flow by
dilating superficial blood vessels.

and stimulates the oxytocin receptors which helps in
contraction of myometrium, Stays in good shape.
