AYURVEDA – THE SCIENCE OF MAN
Ayurveda is innately Science Based Medicine
OF MAN .
Computer systems cannot replace the
intelligence of physician in executing these
vital functions as human subjects are not
machines with fixed internal and external
circumstances.
4. z
NATURAL INTELLIGENCE OF PHYSICIAN
Stimulating Natural Intelligence (NI) and trained common
sense in the principles of practice of Science Based
Medicine of Ayurveda will create a revolutionary progress
in Ayurveda .
Natural Intelligence refers to the process of systematically
employing the inbuilt theorems, logics and algorithms
explained in the science of Ayurveda to discover the
unique circumstances of the patient which is then used to
generate a judicious output to resolve the cause
mechanisms of his clinical problems.
5. z
PAST AND PRESENT SCENARIO IN AYURVEDA
There are no science led prescribing standards adopted
ever in the history of Ayurvedic clinical practice and
anybody can diagnose a situation based on their own
perception in place of intended standardized scientific
perception in medical treatises of Ayurveda.
Currently Ayurveda physicians who spend years in medical
schools are not competent to do scientific decision making
in acute infections and inflammatory diseases,
Hypersensitivity, metabolic disorders and
Hypertension,Autoimmunity, Gynaecological and
hormonal disorders
6. z
PRESENT SCENARIO
Ayurveda practitioners follow blind medicine /
treatment led experiences of self and faculties,
Eminence Based Medicine or beliefs , culture and
tradition which is emerging very detrimental form
of health hazards in society today.
7. z
Impact of systematic training in Science Based Medicine
1. Quick Intelligence - Standardised knowledge in decision
making adopted from science of Ayurveda will lead to
increased accuracy and efficiency of physicians in
diagnosing patients in a very short time
2. Cut off the necessity to refer to multiple specialists of
different departments in Primary healthcare as
knowledge of core principles of Science Based Medicine of
Ayurveda enable a physician to understand the links
between different pathologies existing in the same patient
at the same time and resolve by rectifying the targets.
8. z
Impact of systematic training in Science Based Medicine
1. Deepened knowledge of Science Based Medicine sharpens
the application of science and thereby reduce the number
of medicines and cut off the unintended procedures also
and treatment becomes fast and highly cost effective.
2. Transparency, predictability and reproducibility of
treatment protocols in Ayurveda would establish the
innate scientificity of the system.
9. z
Ayurveda needs no new drugs
Currently large amount is invested for the process
of new drug development but this is ultimate
wastage of money and precious resources.
Ayurveda does no more need new medicines as it
already has more than enough to deal with every
kind of clinical pathologies rampant in society
today.
10. z
Ayurveda needs no new drugs
Ayurveda is not Medicine based science rather it is Science
based Medicine and it is the science working with or
without medicine to reverse pathologies.
It is the Natural Intelligence of Physician that critically
requires development and culturing in the knowledge and
practice of Science Based Medicine of Ayurveda.
The current educational infrastructure and policies require
complete scientific transformation to accomplish this
vital objective.
11. z
SBEBA vis-a vis Conventional Ayurveda
Continuous empowerment of Natural Intelligence of
physicians will be able to advance Ayurvedic healthcare
system tremendously and pave the way for Ayurveda to
become main stream Medicine of the country in primary
healthcare .
Currently we emerge a scientific professional community
of SBEBA practitioners ( after training of SBEBA rational
standards and strategies) who stand apart from
conventional Ayurveda professionals in the quality of
decision making and impact of the same for which clinical
data are available in volumes.
12. z
SBEBA - FOR RENAISSANCE OF AYURVEDA
This wide clinical data growing in the past six years has
already clearly proven the wide difference between what
is happening today and what is originally intended in
Ayurvedic clinical practice.
The emergence of SBEBA practitioners and their services
have enabled the people to deepen their trust and
confidence in this medical science and depend on the
same for many acute conditions and even emergencies.
13. z
Future Ayurveda
Wish and pray that the future of standard medical
practice Of Ayurveda would be entirely based on
application of Natural Intelligence of Physician in rational
standards of Science Based Medicine of Ayurveda and high
performance Science driven Medicine.
