Cutting edge applications of essential oils in massage treatments, and at home
Your instructor will demonstrate incorporating the use of Aromatherapy, using special techniques that target the Autonomic Nervous System, thereby affecting every organ and structure of the body. You will practice this art form in class and be given this protocol to integrate into your practice and receive a plethora of tips and information that will both inform you and your clientele.
What to Bring: Participants are required to bring one (1) set of table linens, one (1) blanket, two (2) queen-size pillows and massage CREAM (available for sale at our school). All other equipment and supplies are provided by CFMNH.

Our informative hands-on Aromatherapy & Reflexology workshop focuses on the
central fundamentals and countless benef its these ancient art forms offer. Use of
essential oils offers a wide variety of health benefits such as physical, mental,
emotional and spiritual balance. Aromatherapy encompasses over 9000 years of
history that supports the therapeutic properties essent ial oils have to offer.
Historically, Aromatherapy is renowned as an efficient, effective holistic health
practice promoting circulation, assisting muscular and nerve function and improving
overall well-being. It encourages the body's own healing process, is straight forward
and the valuable stress-relief it provides is famous round the world.
One of the foundational principles of Reflexology is that energy support to every
organ system of the body is accessible through the feet . Reflexology is renowned
as an efficient, effective, holistic health practice promoting circulation and assisting
muscular and nerve function.
This workshop will give therapists the ability to use unique applications of essential
oils both in the treatment room and at home. It will also incorporate reflexology
techniques to further enhance the effectiveness of the oils. Differences between
authentic and adulterated oils will be discussed as well as safety precautions and
handling. At the completion of the workshop, therapists will have gained the
confidence to choose specific oils to support particular body systems as well as
quicken healing of muscle pain by learning which areas of the foot to stimulate with
effective, targeted reflexology techniques.

Fees & Cancellations: Workshop Fee: $225. Enroll in 2 Continuing Education Workshops in 2014 and receive a $30.00 discount on the
2 nd Workshop. Pay at the same time or for the 2 nd workshop later on, and you will receive a Voucher for $30 towards your 2 nd workshop.
Payment is due in full to hold your space in any workshop. Class sizes are limited; all workshops are filled on a first -come, first-served
basis. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable if cancelled within 14 days of workshop date. A $75
administrative fee applies to transfers, or cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the start of the scheduled
workshop.

Meals: There are many wonderful restaurants and café’s within walking distance of our campus. You are also
welcome to bring your own meals. If you wish to bring anything that should remain cooled, please provide your
own mini-cooler for storage during the workshop.
Credit: To receive course credit, participants must attend the entire workshop, fully participate, and satisfactorily complete all course
requirements. A Certificate of Completion will be awarded at the end of the workshop or within two business days after the co mpletion of
