This document provides details on 19th century French Orientalist paintings that depict Jewish women, including listing many individual artworks and artists. It includes paintings of Jewish women in Algeria and Morocco, as well as biblical scenes depicting women from the Old Testament. The paintings portray Jews in domestic and social settings, as well as images of brides and depictions of women from the Bible. Many of the works are held in museums in Paris.
