OBJECTIVE
The main objective is to save people from
hurt & get protection against the attack
which is done by the offender . So that victim
can have support of Indian Penal Code
against his/her injuries.
MERITS
 One of best method to take revenge is to
hurt some one but according to IPC 1860
now people think twice before attempting
offence.
 Person who got grievous hurt by other
person , other person having guilty mind,
can appeal to court for justices .
DEMERITS
 Disease transmitted by the person.
 Not having clear idea of punishment
disease transmitted by the person.
 Which all disease we include .
SUGGESTION
As grievous hurt can lead to attempt to
murder person can lose his/her life by
just dangerous hurt so the offence
which leads to this death of life for that
a separate section should be provided.
CONCLUSION
So Punishments of HURT is just like
Newton third law which states that
“every action have an equal and
opposite reaction “ mean if today you
are injuring somebody with guilty mind
tomorrow he can file case against you
and get relief of what you had given to
him.
