Any injury which is cause by the guilty mind further
its give rise to an offence . As for every offence
Indian Penal Code 1860 having punishment no one
can sit silent after any offence because Indian penal
Code won’t let sit peacefully.

Grievous hurt ::::: The following kinds of hurts only are
designated as grievous:-
1. Emasculation.
2. Permanent privation of the sight of either eye.
3. Permanent privation of the hearing of either ear.
4. Privation of any member or joint.
5. Destruction of permanent impairing of the powers of
any member of joint.
6. Permanent disfiguration of the head or face.
7. Fracture or dislocation of a bone or tooth.
8. Any hurt which endangers life or which cause the
suffer to be during the space of twenty days in
servere bodily pain ,or unable to follow his ordinary

The main objective is to save people from
hurt & get protection against the attack
which is done by the offender . So that victim
can have support of Indian Penal Code
against his/her injuries.

One of best method to take revenge is to
hurt some one but according to IPC 1860
now people think twice before attempting
offence.
Person who got grievous hurt by other
person , other person having guilty mind,
can appeal to court for justices .

14. SUGGESTION
As grievous hurt can lead to attempt to
murder person can lose his/her life by
just dangerous hurt so the offence
which leads to this death of life for that
a separate section should be provided.
15. CONCLUSION
So Punishments of HURT is just like
Newton third law which states that
“every action have an equal and
opposite reaction “ mean if today you
are injuring somebody with guilty mind
tomorrow he can file case against you
and get relief of what you had given to
him.
