3. Steps:
1.Go to the presentation for which the save option is disabled by Author.
2.In this I am using http://www.slideshare.net/vikrantrsharma1780/pattern-allowances
3.Open the presentation and press Ctrl+U in Chrome,Firefox and other browsers to open
Source code.

4. 4.Now in the source code page press CTRL+F and search for <meta name=“thumbnail”
5.Copy the URL after the content attribute and paste it in any one of the text editors.

5. 6.Remove the text which is after phpapp01 i.e. thumbnail.jpg?cb=######.
7.Now remove ss_thumbnails from the URL.

6. 8.Add .xml to the URL and open it in the browser and you will see a list of .swf files.
9.Copy all the .swf URL’s in to a text editor.

7. 10.Now open Power point. In this I am using Powerpoint 2013.
11.Open a new blank presentation.
12.Now go to Developer tab and click on More control option. If you can’t find developer tab
go to file>options>Customize ribbons>then check the developer option and click on OK and
you will see the developer tab.

8. 13.After Enabling the developer tab, click on ‘More control’ option after selecting the
blank ppt.
14.Select shockwave flash object from the more controls window and click ok.

9. 15.Hold Left click and drag a box in the slide. Adjust the box such that it fits the slide.

10. 16. Now right click on the slide and click on property sheet and you will see a window like below.

11. 17.Now grab the .swf URL which you got in the slide 6 and paste it in the movie box
in the list and click on slideshow to see the swf file.
18.Create new slide for each .swf and repeat the same process which is mentioned
in the slide 9,10,11.
19.After creating slides for each SWF sae the file in ppt or PDF format.
20.Finish
