PRESS RELEASE
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Opening of Green Global's flagship Asia office in Singapore
MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA, March 27, 2015 - Green Global Solutions is proud to announce the opening
of its Singapore office at The Metropolis Tower 2, #08-09, 11 North Buona Vista Drive. The Asia-
Pacific operations will be headed by Martin Ciupa, Regional Sales Director Asia-Pacific.
"Singapore is one of the most important business hubs in the world and we are excited about our company’s
global expansion that we have chosen to start with in Singapore,” says Green Global Solutions CEO, Mr Bob
Sharon. “I’m very excited for what promises to be an extraordinary time in delivering guaranteed, innovative and
sustainable outcomes rarely seen globally, all of which will be achieved by working in partnership with the various
Singaporean government bodies, business partners, and our “Genesis eco-system” of qualified, customer-centric
partners. As a wise old man once said, “It’s not what you do, but rather how you do it”. In the same way, many
businesses do the things we do, but they do not do it the way we do.”
To mark the occasion, Bob Sharon (CEO) and Martin Ciupa (Regional Sales Director) will hold a VIP Cocktail
Reception at the Conrad Centennial Hotel, Singapore on Wednesday 1 April 2015. The opening reception will
be attended by over 40 guests from the commercial and public sector.
Commenting on the opening, Green Global's Regional Sales Director, Asia Pacific, Mr Martin Ciupa said: “The
expected growth of Green Data Centers (GDC) and uptake of Cloud services will lead to a digital transformation
in business practice, and will deliver the most sustainable platform for business growth and change seen in
decades. Business unit managers seek greater efficiencies and improved business outcomes. However, with
change and improved flexibility comes uncertainty. The impact on their IT and Data Centre infrastructure, people
and processes is significant. Green Global Solutions expert team provides advice to organisations to enable them
to optimise their service delivery models, business processes and build roadmaps leading to innovative IT and
hybrid cloud solutions with reduced risk. Our discovery process includes a strategic analysis and application of
best practise technology frameworks to understand the current environment and build a solid business case. This
could comprise changes to internal business processes, applications, IT platforms and infrastructure as well as
migration of some functions to managed services or colocation providers.”
The Asia-Pacific GDC market is expected to grow from $5.58 billion in 2014 to $20.16 billion by 2019, at a CAGR
of 29.29%. The major factors driving the Asia-Pacific GDC market include the need to control the high operational
costs and the reduction of energy consumption.*
