4. The new birth of things
All industries should address three issues to be include in their products:
D: Digital controllable
N: Networking
A: Adapting & Addressable
The new DNA will be must
for sustainable industry.
IoT will causes the Next Industrial Revolution
Malek Al Haddad – IoT Conference – Dubai - 2015
5. All new things must be
digitalize controllable.
Digitization is crucial
importance to data
processing, storage and
transmission.
Digitize All the Things !

6. All device should allows us to
connect any type of sensors
and also supports a number of
other interfaces.
Networking
The decreasing cost of
designing and manufacturing
chips, and the ability of those
chips to connect to a network
and communicate with other
devices, has created a new
platform for innovation.
SIGFOX connectivity to connect sensor5s to
the cloud.

7. Adaptation
Adaptation is a term used to describe the ways in
which organisms change over time in response to
the changing demands of their environment.
The new THINKS must have some adaptation
features like living things, for example, it should
has different behaviors based on temperatures,
humidity, light, location, movement, colors,
speed, voice, noise, different kinds of
connections, crowd, social actions… etc, and
many others factors.
Also, interoperability is a must to give the
capability to new THINGS to be adaptable.
Malek Al Haddad – IoT Conference – Dubai - 2015
8. Addressable
All new THINGS should have digital address,
We are currently moving from Internet
Protocol version four (IPv4), which routes
most of the Internet's traffic today, to IPv6. If
you took all the Internet addresses possible
with IPv4 (232, or approximately 4.3 billion
addresses) and put them in a beachball, by
comparison all the Internet addresses possible
with IPv6 (2128) would approximate the size
of our Sun. That’s not linear change, that’s
exponential change.

10. Conclusion
You can’t make intelligent investments within your industry
unless you understand how your whole industry is changing.
If the industry is in the midst of radical change, you’ll
eventually have to dismantle old businesses. If the industry is
experiencing incremental change, you’ll probably need to
reinvest in your core. The need to understand change in your
industry may seem obvious, but such knowledge is not
always easy to come by. Companies misread clues and arrive
at false conclusions all the time.
The DNA of things are crucial to build the new industry, but
that’s need clear terminology for those DNA, the clear
terminology will comes from new standard or group of
standards that can help all industries to improve their
products.
