“Strategy is the determination of the basic long-
term goals and objectives of an enterprise and the
adoption of course of action and allocation of resources
necessary for carrying out these goals”.

“Strategies are simply a set of actions that enables
an organization to achieve results”.

PLANNING:
Strategic planning is a disciplined effort
to produce fundamental decisions and actions that
shape and guide what an organization is, what it
does, and why it does it, with a focus on the future.
