Two Parts:
   - Value Packaging
   - Price Determination
How you position and present your offer, more often than
not, decides how well you’re going to sell.
Everything is built around how you position your offer.
The higher the value perceived in the offer, the more you
can charge and the higher your conversion rate.
In marketing, we call this a mafia offer.

If you want to make more and work less with what you’ve
already got, here’s the secret: create a mafia offer.
All you need to do is package an offer with high
perceived value so your customers can’t turn it down.
What can you offer that no-one else offers?
Pricing is the toughest part of positioning.
Universal truth: While your customers want to achieve
the lowest price, they don’t want to sacrifice value.
My general rule of thumb is to never discount. Instead,
find new ways to add more value.

“What is the competition charging - and what are they
offering for that?” How can I offer more?
Problems with decreasing your price or charging less
than the competition:

* Going cheap cuts down your margin
* Cuts down your desire to do more work
* You’re sending the wrong message
* It screams Cheap!
