In fact, we have a very different perspective today than we had in 2001, when the human genome sequence was initially released. And today I’d like to talk about how this paradigm shift in genomics might intersect with new developments in nanotechnology and big data analytics to create some completely new capacities for human self-awareness – both at the biological level, and at the level of a life lived.
