Why Cards Work For Designing Things

A short talk I gave at Adaptive Lab's 'Pi People' event in London in October 2015, on the subject of "Mechanical Design Mechanics", which is really more about why cards (real, metaphorical, and as a combination of both) are the best tools for designing things for this age of the internet. It's based on a lot of the research we've done for Artefact Cards (www.artefactshop.com)
