This is an art form and process of
combining text and graphics to
communicate messages to different
audiences, through visual
presentation.

5. TEXT
 In graphic designing, this is the typed, printed
or written portion of the art that has letters,
which may form words and can be used to
communicate a message.
 Often times in graphic designing it is done in
a stylized format, so as to enhance the art. In
other cases the text are used to create art
work known as typography.

 In graphic design the picture, can be
classified as the visual aid that helps to

 Expressive Graphic design is considered to
be an art form, which allows the freedom of
an artist to manipulate text and images in an
artistic manner.
 They are of two main types:
 Words only
 Combination of words and picture

 Complex: these type of graphic designs
generally has more writing and pictures and
the design are normally advance.
 The text can be as long as a few sentences,
for example in a card or as long as a novel.

 Signs= This can be classified as a creative
tool, used to inform or send a message by
mostly using pictures or text and some times
a combination of both; to indicate things of
significance.

represent an organization or beliefs on
concept of the world.

advertisement. To get the audiences
attention artist, normally design it with
attractive art.
