Things to keep handy
Aadhar card number
Scanned or digital passport size photo-photo should be less than
20kb in size and 170 x 137 in dimensions
Know your DDO/Treasury code- can be asked from the respective
office
Pensioners- must know the bank IFSC code and your account
number.
Keep handy your last basic pay/pension as per 6th pay
Keep your mobile with you during the entire process to receive OTP

Dependent Form
You will see you name as card holder’s name-complete all the details, check
the consent box and Submit. Repeat the same for every dependant and click
the finish. You will see your details.
