• Go for quantity - the more ideas the better

Introducing the Scenario Approach and its potentials

10. KEY IDEA GENERATION
• Using the 30 issues to develop 8 product ideas
• Discuss and vote for the best from the 8 product ideas
• TOP 8 Product Ideas should include 5 positive + 3 negative
• Some details could be added to the ideas.
• Please mark the relationships to the original macro FORCES
• Text and graphics are both fine
11. BASIC FUNCTION AND NEEDS
• Using the results of Interview and IAN’s
method (機會點)
• Brainstorm the functions and needs of
the primary idea of your company
• Who the users might be are the keys
to success

24. HAVING UNDERSTANDING OF USERS
• you can use both WAAD or Service Blue Print to understand users
• if you have understood the users, the storyboards should based on
the reality or speculations generated by interviews.
• If no previous understanding, the storyboards could be based on
imagination or previous experience regarding the users.

• the way they structure of event and the main characters is better
• you could group different storyboard by functions or topics
• try to explore the details of storyboards, so you can have consecutive
storyboards alone the line with different granularity.
