My short and long term objectives include obtaining my MSN (Master's of Science, Nursing) and becoming an Clinical Nurse Leader in order to improve patient outcomes and improve continuity of care from in-patient to out-patient settings. After that, I will obtain a terminal degree to further facilitate care delivery focused mostly on microsystems.
