The history of HR technology starts in the 1800s with Frederick Winslow Taylor, an American Engineer whose passion was to increase industry efficiency and one of the first management consultants. Today’s digital applications are really a misnomer because they don’t simply track time off, they’re comprehensive tools that help good managers manage the time in their firms.
