Tips for Troubleshooting 1. Step 6.1, "cl" not recognised Go to “C:Program FilesMicrosoft Visual Studiobin", do "vcvars32.bat" 2. Step 8, "warning LNK4099: PDB, vc60.pdb" was not found Local access restrictions, does not affect VT, ignore it
