Step 3: Lean forward and hold the position for about 30 seconds. You should feel a stretch on your glutes. Repeat with other leg.

Step 3: Raise your right leg, bend it at the knee and push it towards your chest. Step 4: Hug your leg at your chest level and hold it. You should feel a stretch at your glutes. Repeat with other leg.
