• Write down the daily scrum rules and post it in meeting place
• Daily stand up starts at the same time each day, regardless who is late or absent.
• Late team members pay 10$ to the team immediately after they arrived.
• Absent team members must join via phone, zoom or report to other team mate.
• Only one person talks at a time, no interruption, use talking stick.
• Only share information that valuable for other team members.
• Deep discussions done in person after the daily scrum.
• No phones.
• No one leave until the end of daily scrum.
• 15 minutes time box.

• Decide with the team if they want product owner to attend.
• Coach attendance the team agreement, active agreement.
• With the team, set proper time, location according to the team.
• If WFH, create a zoom room or Reserve any physical requirements.
• If WFH send the room link to the team members.

• Add unfinished topics to parking lot.

• Product Owner asks the stakeholders for feedback regarding the product that have been
delivered.
• The team explain the challenges they faced and how they overcome it.
