• Used Dentrix to schedule appointments, enter insurance information, process payments and
claims. Also, Excel/Word in an OLE document.
• Processed pre-determinations, patient transactions, walk-out receipts and day-end.
• Chaired and took minutes at bi-monthly staff meetings; scheduled meetings for various
individuals.
• Konica Minolta, Office Administration, Neopost/Phone Instruction Manuals.
• Operated and added funds to the Neopost machine.
• Designed two CD label formats to match corporate identity package.
• Prepared vehicle Insurance Confirmations to Lending Companies
Reception and Sales:
• Answered telephones (including NexTalk, TTY and performing Telus relay calls).

• Sold memberships and developed a Renewal Binder by month.
• Kept tract of the Architectural teams schedules in individual Outlook Calendar.

• Deposited cheques and cash for four divisions. Handled petty cash including GST portions.
Cashiered coin, cash, cheques, credit card payments and pledges as part of the United Way Cash
Room team that deposited 50 million dollars for 2 campaigns.
• Produced RCT letters/questionnaires to be mailed out and entered GRC data
