THINGS
People mostly carry the tendency of complaining on many things. The
most common complaint we came across in our lives is “We don’t have
time to do certain things”.
Every one use to say the same complaint atleast once in a day.
Is it True
A Big NO….
For every one of us the time available for a day is 24 hours only. It is
our duty to make effective use of it…

How to make use of the time with out complaining
Instead of complaining on no time for ourselves we can try get up an hour earlier.
We have this option available? Why not exercise it…
If we sleep 7 hours a day and work for 8 hours every day still we have 63 hours
of free time available every week to do the things what we want to do.
STOP Complaining and Start Exercising Managing the time……

WHAT WE WANT (WE ARE NOT HAVING RIGHT THINGS) –
LOOK AT YOUR POSSESSIONS WITH A POSITIVE EYE – THEY ARE PRECIOUS
Dissatisfaction with what we have / Complaining on what we do not
have.
Most of the things in our life or usually right, nice and beautiful too.
The habit on focusing what we don’t have over what we have is not
allowing us to enjoy what we have.
We have a Job, a Family, a Home and a few caring Friends and all that
what we require for proper functioning of our lifes.
Even though they are not up to the standard what we looking for but we
have them…
Instead of appreciating them we keep fretting over the what we don’t
have..

Most destructive human nature is that we Envy others for what they have.
The grass is always greener on the other side.
The more the grass grows greener the other side the more we lead a life of
perpetual dissatisfaction and unhappiness.
We are unable to appreciate or see the qualities of our own assets how plentiful
may be..
We will always be looking over the fence feeling sorry for ourselves.

CELEBRATE EVERY SMALL SUCCESS – LET POSITIVE THOUGHTS FLOW FROM EVERY CORNER OF
YOUR LIFE
Very often we postpone enjoying what we have in the hope of getting some thing
more or better a later date
We feel that we will be able to enjoy more when we have a better job, a bigger
house, a better car, more free time, when we get married, when our children grow
up, when we retire and the like.
We hope to be happy in some distant future when our circumstances change or
improve, and we have more or better things.

Happiness depends more up on our ability to be happy than on having
everything on our way
Negative Emotions have a tendency to prevail over positive one’s and
people tend to be unhappy essentially because they allow their unfulfilled
desires, however insignificant they may be, to over shadow all that they
have
We forget that life is a journey, and our time here is limited and once it is
gone it will never come back
Enjoy each movement of success whether big or a little. FUTURE ALWAYS
UNCERTAIN.
If you postpone your enjoyment to Tomorrow you can never do it TODAY.

People has a tendency of blaming Parents, Society, Economy, Boss etc.,
We need to realize that
We are Responsible for our lives.
We are responsible for our Job.
We are Responsible for our Socio-Economic Status
If you are not as fulfilled or as happy or as prosperous or as peaceful as you
know you could be, Stop blaming your Parents or the Society or the Economy or
the Boss and take full responsibility for your circumstances
If you accept your responsibility and put things in practice you can live Happily
and Successfully.
