2. Design Thinking–Definición
“Design thinking is a human-centered approach
to innovation that draws from the designer's
toolkit to integrate the needs of people, the
possibilities of technology, and the requirements
for business success.”

9. puedesaprenderlo…
• El trabajo de Albert Bandura ha
demostrado que se puede desaprender
miedos y fobias.
• Pasos discretos pequeños ,
acompañados de pequeños pero
célebres éxitos han sido clínicamente
probado para reducir y a veces eliminar
la respuesta de miedo .
• Este mismo proceso aumenta la
autoeficacia .
• Esto es lo que llamamos " la confianza
creativa" .

Design Thinking @vmgyg
a. Las Odiseas como una forma de
ideación y prototipado de
escenarios profesionales
b. Entrevistas de Vida (Life
Interviews) como una forma de
acercamiento empático a
modelos de rol y prototipado
c. La inmunidad al fallo como una
forma de diseñar la vida
profesional y verla como un
proceso y no como un resultado

Design Thinking @vmgyg
ejecutarlo.
Reframe: Hay múltiples buenas vidas (y planes)

Reto: Imaginar y escribir tres diferentes
mismo.

17. a)LasOdiseas:Diseñandotusvidas
Design Thinking @vmgyg

un profesional que te gustaría ser (Take a Friend to Work Day), o un

resultado.
Creencia Disfuncional: Juzgamos nuestra vida

Design Thinking @vmgyg
¿Cómo hacerlo?
Juegos finitos vs. Juegos Infinitos
no puedes fallar.

Patient care is more than just healing -- it's building a connection that encompasses mind, body and soul.
If you could stand in someone else's shoes . . . hear what they hear. See what they see. Feel what they feel. Would you treat them differently?
CEO Toby Cosgrove, MD, shared this video, titled "Empathy," with the Cleveland Clinic staff during his 2012 State of the Clinic address on Feb. 27, 2013.
