implementations. Focus was paid to client adoption, enablement, and new
development.

Project Description: I was responsible for the technical audit of the client’s Cognos
platform consisting of BI as well as TM1 modules. This technical audit focused
assessing the deployment and providing optimization suggestions with the outlook to

Project Description: I have conducted a TM1 budgetting solution review for the client.
As there had been performance issues reported by business users, I had to first analyze
the business drivers behind the solution to understand how it currently is and how it
could be used, and then the details of the infrastructure and model behind this solution. I
then proposed short, mid, and long-term changes to make the solution conform to the
best and proven practices. My suggestions included performance settings and
infrastructure changes, as well as changes to the model and user interface objects.
Contribution: My main contribution was mainly due to my deep technical knowledge of
IBM Cognos TM1. I was able to quickly understand the business drivers behind the way
the solution was built and used, and suggest optimal changes to make the solution

Project Description: Through this project a full Cognos BI + TM1 (allocation model)
solution was delivered to the client. Data Stage ETL processes were also applied to help
create a new datawarehouse and reporting structures.
Contribution: I was part of the whole project contributing to the analysis, solution design,

Project Description: This project implemented a reference TM1 allocation solution for
the client
Contribution: I participated on this project as a senior consultant working in a team
helping to deliver business analysis and a complex soluton. The solution was a large
TM1 allocation model used in the controlling department as a part of a big IT project.
Very important part of this project was making sure our solution integrates with the other
solutions being implemented. Communication with the wider team was very important in
order to make sure everybody involved was aligned and that the bank received a
solution that was a perfect fit. In order to support the use of the new system I delivered
customer training sessions to finance department’s personnel.
