2. Introduction
Ayurveda is a science of art of living. It deals with preventive and curative
principles for the better health.
Ayurveda explains Dincharya ,Ratricharya, Ritucharya, Dietary guidelines
and Sadvritta for maintenance, promotion of health and prevention of
ailments.

Panchkarma present a unique approach of ayurveda with specially designed
five procedures of internal purification of body through the nearest route.
It is not only for detoxifying the body, but also for rejuvenation
strengthening the immune system and restoring balance and well being.
Panchakarma has a full therapy role as promotive, preventive and curative
procedure.
