I remember as a child, I used to read the fascinating series of How & Why books. While in no way, can I make a pretence of doing something similar, nor is the subject as fascinating as Mother Nature, I have tried to answer the simple questions of What is DCIM and Why do I need DCIM. After all, there is still some confusion about this technology in spite of it being around for nearly ten years now. I would be delighted to get your feedback. My apologies in advance if a couple of slides appear to be commercials of our own DCIM Software, GFS Crane.
