.The purpose of SE is to remove or collect
solids,gases and liquid from the pt and air way
devices.
.It is an important part of anaesthesia because it is
essential, in intubation to prevent infection and
air way narrowing.

 Used to provide oxygen enriched gas for domestic
use.
 After being turned the apparatus requiiered 2-

A. Connecter or adapter:-Intended to join to or

particles.

impair it’s normal function.

to the other.
