When do we think about measuring
Measuring Change in SCfC
Priorities — details what the community want the
program to achieve.
Outcomes — the changes in the lives of individuals,
families, organizations, or the community as a result of
the program.
Indicators — the specific, measurable information
collected to track whether an outcome has actually
occurred.

  • 4. Measuring Change in SCfC Priorities — details what the community want the program to achieve. Outcomes — the changes in the lives of individuals, families, organizations, or the community as a result of the program. Indicators — the specific, measurable information collected to track whether an outcome has actually occurred.
