Process Controls Specialist 2000 — 2015
Created embedded controller software for 20+ models of gas / chemical cabinets, valve manifold
boxes, and bulk delivery systems for safe operation of gases / chemicals to semiconductor industry.
Developed test software and software programs to generate test files. Executed embedded system
and integration tests. Documented software bugs and wrote formulated test plans and test
strategies.
Resolved software issues for field technicians worldwide at locations such as Samsung, Intel,
TSMC, IMFT, IBM, and Global Foundries, including operational problems, technical questions,
and software bugs through onsite visits, email correspondence, instant messenger texts, and
phone calls.
Wrote software, problem solved system errors, and provided technical support to 15+
employees at US manufacturing facility, enabling standard product lines and ETO orders to be
delivered on time.
Traveled quarterly to Air Products in Carlsbad, CA facility for new product development. Worked
with product management, chemists, and systems engineers, designing the latest chemical

Quality Assurance and Functional (QAF) Testing 1996 — 2000
Led quality and operational assurance for 10+ gas delivery system types. Conducted functional
tests of all operational modes of equipment, ensuring system reliability.
Tested equipment software, guaranteeing alarms functioned and reacted as intended, verifying
electrical component operation, and validating air operated and manual valves functioned
correctly.
Traveled to Ansan, Korea to train QAF technicians and welders upon Air Products acquisition of
Han Yang Technologies (HYT). US manufacturing technology to new Air Products’ facility. Set
up clean room welding program and trained welders in orbital tube welding.
Visited Air Products European branch in Cardiff, Wales and demonstrated proper welding
technique for 3 and 4 inch tube ultra-high purity welding.
