 Innovative
 Once the leader gets this, then the Leadership becomes

agendas to be displayed during his /her period to
the society.
 Focus establishes the leader to capture the the
minds of the opponents.


governance to the people.
 Responsible leader craves for betterment of the
people hence bringing a mega developments to the
society.

HARDWORKING
 Hardwork always results to success.
 A hardworking leader leaves a long term legacy to
the subsequent Leaderships.
 An industrous leader decorates the minds of the
people with adequate empowerment to the
incoming generations.
 A hardworking leader fundamentally escapes you
from quotion by the enemy your Leadership.

PROBLEM SOLVER
 A leader is a person who not only leads but also
finds answers to the prevailing hitches in the
society
 Ensure you learn to solve the disputes to the
people by spreading unity, peace and harmony to
the land.
 Always be ready to table the unending trials the
people are presenting to you.

VIBRANT
 In Leadership the is enemy who do not want you to lead
the people. Therefore learn to contain your enemy by
totally destroying his /her motives both i the body and in
the spirit.
 Learn not to allow the people who keep on talking
negatively about you.
 To be vibrant mean to shake the ground and to soil
yourself with roles the people have ordained You.
 Do not be too available to the people whio do not credit
your achievements.
 Scarcity is the best value a leader can get to the people
because absence increases the honor and respect.
LISTENER
 Listener always learn alot in the mind.
 Listening makes you say less and talking alot drain your
mind.
 When you are trying to impress people with words the
more you say, the more common you appear and the
less in control. Even if you are saying something banal,
it will seem original if you make it vague, open handed
and sphinlike. Powerful people impress and intimidate
by saying less. The more you say, the more likely you
are to say something foolish.
 Always take your time, speak less add more and finally
you become uncommon.
INTELLECT
 Intellect leader is contained with great ideas, great minds and
great initiatives which grands opportunities to the people
 A leader who is an academia is decorated with big, huge and
possible dreams which are of benefits to the people.
 An intellect leader consolidate the people in which he secures
the position.
 Be an intellect leader who is royal in his /her own fashion and
act like a king to be treated like one.
 The way you carry yourself will often determine how you are
treated. In the lobg run appearing vulgar or common will
make people disrespect you. For a leader respects himself
and inspires the same sentiment in others. By acting regally
and confident of your powers you make yourself seem
destined to wear a crown.
INNOVATIVE
 Leader must be innovative in ensuring that the society,
community, institutions and companies benefits from those
innovations
 A leader who dreams big he /she makes a huge tremendous and
comprehensive steps which in return they positively affects the
people
 Being innovative simply mean to knock your mind again and
again.
 Everyone understands the need for change in the abstract but on
the day - to - day level people are creatures of habit. Too much
innovation is traumatic , and will lead to revolt. If you are new to
a position of power or an outsider trying to build a power base,
make a show of respecting the old way of doing things, if change
is necessary, make it feel like a gentle improvement on the past.
 Always be there to oversight the progress of your Leadership and
therefore you will recognize the distant shortcomings.
LIMITATIONS OF A LEADER
 In any position of power challenges are encouraged
whereby they arises to curb leisures of the leader
which might delay the achievements.
 Limitations are
 Workload
 Trustworthy from the people
 Internal /External aid
 Insufficiency

WORKLOAD
 A leader is entitled with a massive engagements
which leads to retreat to many.
 Workload mainly is the hot unbearable
circumstances that any leader will ever encounter.
 The leader need to formulate the techniques of
escaping pilling of the unsolved projects of the
community.
 Leaders are born not created, a successful leader
is graced with adequate avenues of ensuring there
is no unresolved issues in the administration he
/she runs.

TRUST
 Many leaders have a one weakness of not delivering,
this defect contribute to lack of trust from the people.
 Lack of trust by the people leads to inflammation of
the leader's expectations which in turns leads to
chronic aillment leaving scars to the society.
 Trust is the most resourseful asset to the leader which
helps in the display of his /her capabilities.
 As a leader try Your best to win the trust of the people
but never put too much trust on the people around
you.
 Trust takes decades to evolve and it also takes a
glipmse of time to be destroyed.
INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL AID
 Internal support is a support from the friends of the leader
 External support is influenced by the people to whom the leader
is entitled to.
 A good leader is the one who more often seeks the external
support. But a substandard leader is the one who is one sided
that is guided by the Internal aid which mostly they are transient
support. A support that exposes the leader from shame.
 A leader who engage with the society, gets enough support that
eases own work.
 If you need to turn to an ally for help, do not bother to remind the
people of your past assistance and good deeds, they will find a
way to ignore you. Instead, uncover something in your request,
or in your alliance with them that will benefit them and emphasize
it out of all proportion. They will respond enthusiastically when
they sees something to be gained for themselves.
INSUFFICIENCY
 Deficiency of resources, labour, manpower leads to difficult
moments that contributes to the leader's failures to delivery
which is also known as insufficiency.
 A good Leadership is propelled by an adequate pastrolists
who are ready to flock and ensuring there is safety in the
horizon.
 A leader should not lack basic neccesities namely ;
education, innovation, technical know how and perhaps
enterprenuarship.
 This syndrome is predisposed by lack of literacy, exposure
to the native people.
 Insufficiency can be corrected by clearly understanding the
indications and dispensing the required supplements hence
managing the syndrome.

SECRETS OF BECOMING A SUCCESSFUL
LEADER
 Secrets of becoming a good leader is to be intrested with the
people whom you intend to lesd
 Create a deep friendship with the people and you will be able to
manage the prevailing circumstances as early as possible
 Sacrifice your time to listen to the people and engage in forums
with the ethnicity groups and hence the external support
 Subject yourself to the matters of the society in bringing liberation
and hence the trust from the people
 What happens first always appears better and more original than
what comes after. If you succed a greatman or have a famous
leader, you will have to accomplish double their achievements to
outshine them. Do not get lost in their shadow, or stuck in a past
not of ypur own making. Establish your name and identity by
changing course. Slay the overbearing leader, disparage his /her
legacy and gain power by shinning in your own way.
ANY QUESTIONS?
 Questions asked will be timely answered.

Thank you
