• Use Powerpoint with internal hyperlinks or Prezi
• Keep it short – one slide (or place if Prezi) per skill
• Use STAR
• Keep text amount fairly small – see the example on the
next slide
• Include at least one small image per slide (resize them
first and remember licensing/attribution if they are not
your own images)

Example of a way to highlight an employability skill
Skill = Communication
Situation
I needed help to raise the new wind turbine.
Task
Find someone to help me, explain what was needed and raise the turbine.
Action
I asked my cousin to help, we arranged a time and met at the turbine. I
explained what we needed to do and how. I also answered his questions so that
he was clear on the task.
Result
The turbine was successfully raised.
