I work independently as trainer and coach since 2003. I deeply believe that everyone has his own strong personal life story. For me, only those who have managed themselves to drive required changes to improve their life can support and help others. I believe I am one of them... I built up successful career in corporate world where I have spent twelve years (Procter & Gamble, Czech Telecom, Zentiva). I achieved top position of HR director prior to my personal decision to leave it to live more balanced and satisfactory life.
