After 20+ years’ experience working for design agencies (MAYA, Conchango, and PDD), helping clients create useful, usable and desirable products, services and experiences, I joined forces with with a former colleague, Maeve Keane, to start our own business--Future Tonic. We help organisations innovate--reliably, repeatedly and with reduced risk--by applying a human-centred approach to design.
