5. DanaCardinas,DPM,FACFAS
Dr. Dana Cardinas, best known as Dr. Dana, has been in the podiatry
world since 1998. She practiced in Grapevine and Keller, Texas and was
a partner in Foot and Ankle Associates of North Texas. During this time,
she was voted Best Podiatrist in Keller and one of America's Top 100
Podiatrist from 2006 to 2015. Along with a local following, she attracted
patients from all over the world with the farthest from Dubai!
She was forced to retire in 2016 due to severe neuropathy in her right
hand that was linked to her diagnosis of stage IIIC colon cancer in 2018.
After surgery and 6 months of chemo, she has her own daily battles
with neuropathy which prompted her to research every possible option
available to soothe her nerves. But no matter how bad the neuropathy
is she is happy to currently be cancer free!
