4. 1. Section 13 and 14 of the Companies Act, deals with
provision of Alteration of Memorandum and Articles
of Association.
2. File with the ROC within 30 days of General Meeting:
a) Special resolution in E-form MGT- 14;
b) Altered MOA and AOA and Minutes of the
meeting in E-form INC-24.
3. As per Rule 29, Companies cannot opt for name if
