2. We envision a future where construction processes are completely
automated and buildings are developed by artificially intelligent
machines.
3. What are we solving?
Construction has been almost the same over the last hundreds of
years. Traditional processes are inefficient, expensive, dangerous,
and have negative effects on the environment.

6. Quotes from a recent Deloitte study regarding the benefits of implementing 3D
printing in construction:
Due to a 50-70 percent
reduction in construction
time based on increased
automation
Due to 50-80 percent lower
labor costs, less wastage of
material as it is an additive
process, and potentially lower
financing costs due to shorter
execution time.
Due to the ability to create
customized and intricate
design, inbuilt insulation in
3D printed walls and a
higher sustainability
footprint due to the use of
recycled waste as part of
the raw material and
concrete.

7. What are we doing about it?
We are developing a new system of construction that provides more
efficient processes in architecture, engineering, and materials that
revolutionizes the way we design and develop houses and buildings.
This system includes providing large-scale 3D printing technologies that can
automatically “print” houses and buildings based on the software designs.
9. The Cazza X1
This Cazza autonomous robot automatically 3D prints
the concrete framework and formwork for the
foundation of a house. It can also be used to print
structures up to 5m in height and can print modules,
homes, villas, commercial building and unique
architectural structures.
10. The Cazza X1
*Robots can be lifted to build structures higher than 5m or can build modules that will be assembled as pre-
fabricated modules for larger structures
Starts from USD $480,000
Safety sensor network: Equipped with a set of sensors which detect the presence of people, preventing on-
site hazards.
Easy to control: Designed to require minimum training in Robot control and navigation.
Efficient: Designed to minimize human labour, construction processes are up to 40% more efficient
Robotic arm extender: Maximum frontal reach of
4.7m
Hydraulic height extender support base: Maximum
total height reach 5 m*
Mobile tracked platform: 3.6 x 3.4 x 0.8m
Upgrades include:
• extended height
• extended length
• smoothing system mechanism for improved
surface finish
11. The Cazza X1 CORE
This Cazza autonomous robot automatically 3D prints
the concrete framework and formwork for the
foundation of a house. It can also be used to print
structures up to 6m in height and can print modules,
homes, villas, commercial building and unique
architectural structures.
12. The Cazza X1 CORE
Starts at: USD$620,000
Build for strength: A special set of covers to protect the robot, made in Carbon Fiber for increased durability in
the field.
Field autopilot navigation: Capable to self-navigate the construction site, minimizing the possibility of
positional mistakes.

4.7m
Hydraulic height extender support base: Maximum
total height reach 6m
Mobile tracked platform: 3.6 x 3.4 x 0.8m

14. Design of the building or architectural structure is done using any design
software.
Export existing design file of project. The 3D printing software will detect
what can and should be 3D printed.
The machine is then brought onsite and set at printing location, the machine
will then begin printing the concrete structures until the project is finished.

16. How do we make money?
We provide Cazza’s construction robots, technologies and “ink”
(concrete, etc.) that work with the machines. We also offer design,
engineering and consulting services for 3D printing construction
projects.
