 The decision is based on the information and the effective
operation of the decision takes place on the basis of the
sufficient information available and the links and the issues
related to the information and then modeling the
information and to make strategic hedging and transition
path and defining the road line of destination and to
introduce a deviation or to make a link of map of networks
and building a information of information loop to process
the Web of Information issues and connecting links to
control the operations and to raise the events based on
information issues and blowing the wind of issues to
generating a wave and mark a trend.
 Information, in its most restricted technical sense, is a sequence of symbols that can be
interpreted as a message. Information can be recorded as signs, or transmitted as signals.
Information is any kind of event that affects the state of a dynamic system. Conceptually,
information is the message (utterance or expression) being conveyed. The meaning of
this concept varies in different contexts. Moreover, the concept of information is closely
related to notions of constraint, communication, control, data, form, instruction,
knowledge, meaning, understanding, mental stimuli, pattern, perception,
  representation, and entropy.
 Information technology (IT) is the use of computers and telecommunications equipment
to store, retrieve, transmit and manipulate data. The term is commonly used as a
synonym for computers and computer networks, but it also encompasses other
information distribution technologies such as television and telephones.
 An information model in software engineering is a representation of concepts and the
relationships, constraints, rules, and operations to specify data semantics for a chosen
domain of discourse. Typically it specifies relations between kinds of things, but may also
include relations with individual things. It can provide sharable, stable, and organized
structure of information requirements or knowledge for the domain context.
 Strategy, as a way of action, becomes necessary in a situation when, for the direct
achievement of the main goal, the available resources are not enough. The task of
strategy is an efficient use of the available resources for the achievement of the main goal.
Tactics is the tool to implement strategy, and is subordinated to the main goal of strategy.
